The formulation and release of the butler service guide for science and technology and the training system for science and innovation service talents fill the gaps in the relevant industry norms and service quality management standards in China, and are of great significance to the standardized development of science and technology innovation service industry and the consolidation of the foundation for the construction of service butler talents.

Xu Chuanqi, deputy director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Department of the Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Administrative Committee, said that the Zhongguancun Entrepreneurial Ecological Development Promotion Association issued the "Butler Service Guide for innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises", which is a beneficial attempt to standardize innovation and entrepreneurship services. The Municipal Science and Technology Commission and Zhongguancun Administrative Committee will, as always, guide the high-quality development of innovation and entrepreneurship in the city, provide good services for the standardization of enterprises and social organizations in Zhongguancun, and support the construction of the international science and technology innovation center.
