At the meeting, the Foreign Experts Bureau of Hebei Province signed a contract with our county on the Dresden chip project in Germany; Wang Yuhan, a representative of the Foreign Expert Management Office of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, explained and recommended overseas technology projects; Wang Zhongqun, Director of the Foreign Experts Management Department of the Provincial Department of Science and Technology, explained the arrangement of the 2023 Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts Affairs' overseas "double recruitment and double introduction" plan.
