Talent Apartment Policy
Allocation objects
The allocation targets for talent apartments are talents introduced by our city who meet the requirements of the talent green card A and B cards, as well as various types of talents who have been recognized as meeting the requirements of our city's talent introduction plan and have signed employment contracts or service agreements with employers, but have no self use housing for themselves and their spouses in our city.
Application time
Qualified personnel will apply to the employer from September 12th to 14th. September 12th, 13th, and 14th are designated as open days for talent apartments.
Provide materials
(1) Talent Apartment Application Form;
(2) Shijiazhuang Talent Green Card A or B Card;
(3) Original and photocopy of the applicant's ID card;
(4) Proof of housing situation issued by the real estate registration department for the applicant and family members (including spouses, children living together, etc.);
(5) Original and photocopy of the applicant's academic degree, professional and technical position qualifications, award certificates, and other relevant documents;
(6) Original and photocopy of labor contract (or employment contract) signed between the applicant and the employer for more than 1 year;
(7) Proof of payment of social insurance or personal income tax by the applicant;
(8) The original and photocopy of the business license of the applicant's enterprise;
(9) Other materials that need to be provided.
Allocation Program
(1) Announcement. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will issue a notice to the public based on the number of talent apartments provided by the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, and publicly accept applications for talent apartment allocation.
(2) Application. Applicants who meet the conditions for renting talent apartments shall submit a written application to the county (city, district) Human Resources and Social Security Bureau or the municipal competent department with the prescribed documents and materials.
(3) Preliminary review. Each county (city, district) human resources and social security department or directly under the city shall conduct a preliminary review of the application materials, propose preliminary review opinions, and after 5 working days of public announcement without objection by the local human resources and social security department or directly under the city and the unit where the applicant is located, submit the application materials to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Centralized acceptance before the 5th day of the last month of each quarter.
(4) Review. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau conducts qualification review on the application materials. After review, applicants who meet the conditions for talent apartment allocation will enter the scoring and sorting stage, while those who do not meet the conditions will have their sorting qualifications cancelled.
(5) Ranking of ratings. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau classifies and ranks applicants based on their titles and qualifications, and determines the order of scores for talents at the same level from high to low. For those with the same score, the order is determined by drawing a lottery. After the ranking is completed, the shortlisted candidates are determined based on their overall scores.
(6) Pre match publicity. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will publish the shortlisted candidates and ranking results on the website of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for 5 working days. After no objections are raised, allocation will be made.
(7) Public housing selection. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, in conjunction with the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, organizes public housing selection. The shortlisted applicants shall sign and select their housing numbers in a one-time manner at the designated time and place in order of order.
(8) Signing and filing. The shortlisted applicant shall sign a talent apartment rental contract with the Municipal Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau within 10 working days and complete the relevant check-in procedures.
