The company relies on Nobel Nitric Oxide technology as its core and is committed to the extraction and processing of traditional Chinese medicine materials mainly based on honeysuckle, the research and development and production of health food and cloud based drugs, and investment services for biopharmaceutical enterprises. The health food workshop obtained a production license in September 2017. Zhenaoqing Capsules have the effects of enhancing immunity and anti fatigue, while Enou Capsules improve the efficacy of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. The newly developed candy tablets and substitute teas (cordyceps ginseng tea, honeysuckle tea, cordyceps militaris tea, and Shuanghua tea) have been added and are currently undergoing market development. Jingding Mulad Biomedical Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Taiwan Biomedical Health Industrial Park, with a total planned land area of 300 acres and a total investment of 1.06 billion yuan. Currently, 165 acres have been constructed and all development is planned to be completed within the next five years. The industrial park focuses on relying on the advantages of the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Julu County, developing the big health industry, and forming a comprehensive industrial park that integrates standardized planting, extraction, health food, cosmetics, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other diversified processing services of honeysuckle. George Smoot George Smoot received his doctor's degree in particle physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1970 and the Nobel Prize in Physics in 2006. He is now a professor of physics, astrophysicist and cosmologist at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2017, George Smoot and Dr. Chen Zhenxing, Senior Advisor of the World Health Organization, jointly established the Smoot Transformation Science Research Institute in Julu County, aiming to integrate and transform the physics, chemistry, medicine, and other fundamental aspects of life sciences into industries. At the same time, utilizing the abundant honeysuckle resources in Julu County, we will combine laboratory research and development with company production, with a focus on cultivating scientific and technological personnel, developing equipment, and innovating product processes to promote the rapid transformation of scientific research achievements. 2. Li Yuanbo is a Japanese scientist of Chinese descent, a professor at the School of Pharmacy at Jinan University, and a doctoral supervisor. Currently, he is the Deputy Director of the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicines at Jinan University. In 2016, the company collaborated with Professor Li Yuanbo's team from the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Natural Medicine at Jinan University to establish the "Honeysuckle Industry University Research Base Graduate Workstation", which mainly studies the effective ingredients of honeysuckle traditional Chinese medicine, develops honeysuckle food and health products, and provides technical support for the extraction of traditional Chinese medicine, research and development of food and health products in the park. As of now, the status of introduced technology projects is as follows: 1. The Targeted Brain Hypothermia Project has signed a cooperation agreement with Dr. Lin Hengyi, a representative of Asia Pacific Medical Technology Development Co., Ltd., on the "China Giant Deer Medical Device Manufacturing and Distribution Base" project. The total planned investment for the project is 250 million yuan. To build a medical device manufacturing and distribution base in our park, this project mainly involves the construction of the first Aike membrane machine (i.e. an extracorporeal membrane lung care machine) produced in China with independent intellectual property rights, and the construction and production of the world's first three-in-one Aike membrane medical device that stabilizes blood pressure and cools the temperature. 2. The 6D targeted tumor treatment bed has been developed in collaboration with Taiwan's Zion Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The 6D targeted tumor treatment bed obtained the medical device license number issued by the US Food and Drug Administration in June 2019. The 6D targeted tumor treatment bed, designed with a six degree of freedom axis and equipped with an intelligent robotic arm, enables the treatment bed that carries patients to treat them in an automated process, improving the accuracy of cancer treatment, and reducing the medical harm caused by the human body during radiation therapy. The total investment of this project is planned to be 100 million yuan, covering an area of 2500 square meters and a total construction area of 4000 square meters. After the production of the 6D targeted tumor treatment bed project, the first domestically produced 6D targeted tumor treatment bed will be manufactured and produced in our park, breaking through the long-standing technical barriers faced by Europe, America, and Japan in China. The 6D targeted tumor treatment bed in this project can accelerate the speed and accuracy of cancer treatment and examination, thereby reducing the proportion of deaths among Chinese people due to cancer and tumor diseases, and achieving significant social benefits.
