The experimental equipment required for this project has been provided, the experimental conditions are sufficient, the financial guarantee is sufficient, and the experimental conditions are good. This research relies on the State Key Laboratory for Mechanical Behavior and System Safety of Traffic Engineering Structures jointly built by the Ministry and the Ministry of Transport, the Provincial Key Laboratory for Traffic Safety and Control in Hebei Province, Hiroshima University in Japan, Chungnam Research Institute in Korea, and the Driving Simulation Center of Korea Road Traffic Research Institute. It has a strong innovation ability including Yan Zhao scholars, winners of the National Natural Science Outstanding Youth Fund, and "Tugong experts" in Hebei Province Scientific research team with teamwork spirit. At the same time, South Korean cooperative laboratories, universities and researchers can provide advanced technology, operating experience and experimental guidance. The main experimental equipment includes the simulation pilot, VISSIM simulation system, Eyeso ED100H headworn eye tracker, brain wave tester, BIM modeling system, railway transportation simulation system, urban road traffic signal coordination and control system, hypermap geographic information system platform, etc., which can effectively serve the experimental design, experimental modeling, experimental development and data analysis of the project research. The technical means and analysis methods adopted in this project have been widely used in actual traffic planning and traffic problem solving, and have achieved good results, without technical problems. The main difficulty of the project is the current situation and data acquisition of the traffic network between Xiong'an New Area and the surrounding areas, which are specifically shown in the following three points: • Research on the layout system of the greenway traffic network system between Xiong'an New Area and the surrounding areas; the urban construction of Xiong'an New Area has a good planning scheme and advanced concept, and has a clear fault with the development of small and medium-sized cities in the surrounding areas. How to build the advanced urban greenway traffic network with the urban layout of the surrounding areas and determine the greenway traffic system within the area of Xiong'an New Area is a difficult point in the planning and layout research Research on the interactive development benefits of the greenway transportation network between Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas; how to evaluate the benefits from the multi-dimensions of economic development, regional coordination, and public awareness is a research difficulty in the construction of the greenway transportation network and the connection between Xiong'an New Area and surrounding areas Data survey on the development status of the greenway in Xiong'an New Area Xiong'an New Area is at the primary stage of urban construction, and the rationality and functionality of the greenway traffic network planning and construction cannot be supported by data. Therefore, obtaining the basic data of the overall greenway traffic network in the region is one of the main difficulties of this study. ① Solution The project closely focuses on the construction of the greenway network connecting the inside and outside of Xiong'an New Area. The main solutions include four aspects. First, establish a project team with foreign intellectual expert teams to carry out international cooperation and academic discussions, and carry out exchanges and cooperation on project implementation, technical methods and other aspects. Second, through theoretical analysis and on-site traffic survey, determine the relevant data of the greenway traffic network in Xiong'an New Area, and form relevant data materials. Thirdly, carry out numerical modeling and simulation according to the survey. Based on the preliminary survey data, the mathematical model is established to establish a reasonable greenway traffic model, which is verified by simulation experiments. Fourth, strengthen industry-university-research cooperation, promote multi-disciplinary and multi-disciplinary intersection, and carry out sustainable research on greenway transportation network from a comprehensive perspective. ② The expected goal is that in the next three years, the research on greenway traffic network will be based on the urban construction of Xiong'an New Area and the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, give full play to the discipline advantages and technical forces of Shijiazhuang Railway University and South Korea Chungnam Research Institute to carry out basic research such as theoretical analysis, traffic survey, numerical modeling, simulation simulation and so on, establish and improve the innovation system, and provide theoretical basis for the construction of greenway network in Xiong'an New Area. Carry out research on relevant policies, regulations and implementation standards for the greenway traffic network, establish laws, regulations and management systems suitable for the greenway traffic network in Xiong'an New Area, and generate good economic and social benefits. Based on this, the project team will strengthen the construction of first-class disciplines and student training, and strive to build a provincial and national first-class scientific research team with clear research direction, excellent scientific research ability and advanced management concept. During the construction period, we will make full use of the technical strength of Shijiazhuang Railway University and Chungnam Research Institute of Korea, focus on strengthening the construction of scientific research achievements and student training, rapidly improve the research level and ability, strive to publish 3-5 papers in core journals such as SCI, 2-4 state-authorized patents, train 3-5 postgraduate students, and participate in 10 academic exchanges and international conferences. The implementation measures for talent introduction of Shijiazhuang Railway University were put forward as a national development strategy in 2017, and the Outline of Hebei Xiong'an New Area Planning was put forward in 2018, which formulated the development objectives and planning direction of Xiong'an New Area. The Outline of Hebei Xiong'an New District Planning proposes the development goal of building a modern comprehensive transportation system, building a green and low-carbon city, and building a convenient, safe, green and intelligent transportation system. It is necessary to establish a cross-regional comprehensive greenway transportation network. Relying on the landscape design, the greenway is a traffic corridor integrating the road and the landscape. Greenway traffic is a green space corridor system that combines road traffic attributes with natural landscape and highlights the functions of slow traffic and tourism services. It has the characteristics of low investment, short cycle, small land occupation, low carbon and environmental protection, meets the development requirements of modern green cities, and is one of the effective measures to improve road conditions, improve infrastructure, promote economic growth, and meet the needs of people's spiritual and civilized life. The study of greenway in foreign countries began in the middle of the 19th century, and gradually developed to the present stage of greenway movement. From the initial park greenway construction to urban, regional and international greenway projects, a large number of special studies and academic conferences have been conducted. With the development of Internet technology, greenway traffic research has begun to develop in the direction of Internet and intelligence. South Korea, the United States and Germany have made remarkable achievements in the layout of greenway traffic network. South Korea has a small land area and a lack of natural resources. It provides a new development model for citizens to improve traffic conditions by establishing a greenway network to connect mountains, forests, parks, etc. The United States has built a greenway connecting important cities, parks and tourist attractions along the east coast, bringing in 16.6 billion dollars in tourism revenue and good economic and social benefits. The construction of the greenway in Ruhr District of Germany in the traditional industrial park has not only improved the quality of life of the residents, but also integrated the resources of land use, and defined the construction and development of the regional greenway through legislation. China's greenway construction has the characteristics of late start, low level of development, limited functional layout, weak regional connectivity and rapid development. Since the introduction of the concept of greenway transportation in the Pearl River Delta in 2009, by the end of 2018, China has built a total of 56000 kilometers of greenways, and urban greenways are becoming the development trend of urban green transportation travel. The Pearl River Delta greenway is the first regional greenway transportation network built, connecting the natural and cultural attractions in the surrounding area, undertaking the three major metropolitan areas, and driving the development of about 26 million people around. Greenway construction in other cities, such as Beijing, Chengdu, Wuhan and Changsha, has set up greenway facilities with urban landscape roads as the main body, focusing on serving urban residents. At present and in the future, the overall demand for transportation in our province is still strong, the development space continues to expand, the rigid constraints continue to strengthen, and the contradiction between people's growing spiritual needs and urban transportation development is increasingly prominent. Building a "people satisfied" green transportation network is not only to comply with the development of the times, but also to meet the urgent needs of the people.
