Segregation Control Technology Project of Si/Mg in Wheel Casting Process

By introducing technology or collaborating on development, optimize the Si/Mg ratio in A356 alloy, control segregation in different parts of the wheel, and improve the uniformity of Si/Mg in wheel performance and microstructure. During the casting process of A356 alloy wheels, segregation often occurs due to improper control of Si/Mg ratio. Our company plans to introduce or jointly develop Si/Mg ratio control technology in A356 alloy to reduce segregation.
