1、 The company was founded in 2005 with over 530 employees and a registered capital of 70 million yuan. The company started with the bending technology that won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development of production process equipment for automotive door and window frames, bumpers, body seals, and exterior components. The company has accumulated 14 years of experience in research, development, design, and production, established a sound modern enterprise system and corporate governance structure. The board of directors authorizes the general manager to be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the company. For key issues related to safety, environmental protection, etc., the first person responsibility system is implemented. Our main product is automotive component technology equipment, which conforms to the "four basics" core basic components (components). All products are designed, manufactured, and produced according to national and industry standards. The product technology is at the international leading level, solving and improving the key technologies of intelligent manufacturing and industry shortcomings. At present, among the international manufacturers of process equipment for automotive seals and exterior components, we are the only company that can provide full lifecycle services ranging from design consulting services for product prototypes, prototype production, to research and development and manufacturing of fully automated process equipment for mass production, remote fault diagnosis and program vulnerability repair based on the Internet, and close to product lifecycle services. In addition to covering major domestic automobile manufacturers, our products are also exported to countries such as Germany, Canada, and France. There are currently 153 R&D personnel, accounting for 32%. The R&D investment intensity remains above 6%, which is the best level in the industry. It has successively passed the accreditation of the Provincial Enterprise Technology Center and the Provincial Industrial Enterprise (A-level) R&D Institution. As of 2019, 54 patents have been obtained through independent research and development, including 8 inventions and 46 utility models, and 7 software copyrights. It was rated as a major taxpayer in Qinhuangdao City. 2、 The proposed project technology requirement is that the project can achieve automated production of bumper crossbeams from straight profiles to finished products, and the entire process from feeding to picking is completed by robots, greatly reducing human labor intensity and labor costs. During the unstacking process, the robot adopts automatic correction technology for grasping movements. The robot recognizes the placement of the product and automatically adjusts the grasping fixture to accurately complete the picking action, with a grasping angle error within ± 0.1 °. The combination of tension bending and compression bending technology has been achieved, achieving multi-dimensional bending in a single sequence, solving the technical problem of forming multiple bending features in one process, eliminating accumulated product errors caused by multi process forming, and improving product qualification rate. This project maximizes the use of specialized equipment for multiple purposes, saving labor costs, energy conservation, environmental protection, high accuracy, and fast speed. This project applies the SIMOTION motion control system to control high-precision, reliable, and precise movements in the three directions of XYZ, achieving various angles of drilling and milling, and providing effective support for the market sales process, enhancing the traceability of problematic components, greatly optimizing processing technology and fixture structure, and promoting the healthy development of China's automotive component technology equipment and even the entire vehicle industry. This technology has reached an international leading level.
