This solves the bottleneck problem in the development of high strength and toughness manufacturing technology for automotive aluminum alloy wheels, and provides quality assurance for further lightweight automotive wheels. 3. The research and application project of aluminum alloy new material preparation technology introduces the scientific research methods and technical experience of Professor Yoshiyama Hui from Ritsumeikan University in Japan, to study the effect and mechanism of rare earth alloys on A356.2 aluminum alloy, verify the application of rare earth elements to A356.2 aluminum alloy wheels, and provide data support for the practical application of rare earth alloys due to the complex shape and different actual casting parameters. Develop aluminum alloy materials containing rare earth elements, optimize the manufacturing process of aluminum alloy wheels, further improve the mechanical performance and safety factor of car wheels, and cultivate a group of excellent technical personnel through activities such as technical personnel exchange, mutual visits, and training. 2、 The technical requirements for the proposed project, Baoding Lizhong Wheel, are as follows: 1. Research and development of noise reducing and silent aluminum alloy wheels. With the development of the economy and society, and the continuous improvement of production technology, people's requirements for driving comfort are also increasing. The noise generated during the driving process is one of the main factors affecting driver comfort, Therefore, Baoding Lizhong Wheel plans to conduct research on the damping and noise reduction technology of aluminum alloy wheels, analyze the acoustic natural frequency and noise reduction effect of specific noise reduction structures (Helmholtz resonator), research and develop noise reduction silent aluminum alloy wheel structures, explore and study the preparation process of noise reduction silent aluminum alloy wheels, reduce noise by about 4-10 decibels, improve the driving experience in the car, and meet the comfort requirements of drivers. 2.
