Yungu (Gu'an) 6th generation fully flexible AMOLED production line is China's first 6th generation fully flexible AMOLED production line built on 24 years of OLED professional research and development experience and mass production capacity of Weixinnuo Technology Co., Ltd. The production line has independent intellectual property rights and is independently designed by Weixinnuo, integrating multiple independent innovative technologies and key processes. It can truly be compatible with the production of curved surface flexibility, curling flexibility, folding flexibility, and fully flexible AMOLED displays. It is a forward-looking 6th generation AMOLED production line that can support future product upgrades. The designed production capacity of this project is 90 million pieces/year of mobile display AMOLED display screens. The overall sales revenue of the project after production is about 20 billion yuan, the profit is about 3 billion yuan, the tax paid is over 1 billion yuan, and it can attract more than 3000 employees. The total investment is 26.214 billion yuan, covering an area of 1033.8 acres, with a total construction area of 796000 square meters. It mainly constructs research and development buildings, production line main factories, and supporting auxiliary buildings. With strong support from provincial, municipal, and county-level governments as well as high-tech zones, the 6th generation fully flexible AMOLED production line constructed by Yungu (Gu'an) Technology Co., Ltd. began construction in October 2016, was capped in August 2017, equipment introduction began in May 2018, and debugging was completed by the end of 2018, entering the trial production stage. The overall construction period of the project is 25 months, creating the "Vicino Speed" for the construction of the 6th generation AMOLED production line in China, setting a benchmark for the construction of domestic display panel projects. In 2019, the Yungu (Gu'an) production line achieved branded customer shipments. This production line will be able to continuously produce small and medium-sized "flexible fixed curved displays, flexible foldable displays, and other iterative flexible AMOLED display products." This not only breaks the inherent product form of the display industry, but also provides customized solutions for display applications in industrial chains such as consumer electronics, the Internet of Things, the Internet, artificial intelligence, big data, etc., thereby reshaping the innovation landscape of the entire industry, Opening a new era of new display industry clusters in Hebei Province and even the overall industrialization of new displays in China. Yungu (Gu'an) Technology Co., Ltd. has won the market with innovative products and has supplied top three domestic brand customers. As of July 31, 2020, Yungu (Gu'an) Technology Co., Ltd. has applied for a total of 2024 intellectual property rights, including 1578 invention patents, accounting for 78% of the total number of patent applications. 430 patents have been granted, including 134 invention patents. Up to now, Yungu (Gu'an) has introduced 26 foreign experts (mainly Korean, Japanese, Taiwanese, etc.), mainly from well-known foreign enterprises such as LG and Samsung.
