Hebei Chengzhi Yangpu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. has introduced organic waste dry anaerobic biogas fermentation technology, biogas purification technology, and intelligent modular biogas complete equipment manufacturing technology owned by Finnish METENEROY company. Its technology has the ability to produce gas normally in severe cold areas, achieve temperature increase and insulation of biogas reactors, and provide stable biogas production without three waste emissions during the production process. The amount of self used biogas slurry is very small, No biogas slurry discharge occupies a small area, and all are assembled in container style. The use of corner plots of the project site to place containers has a high degree of intelligence, and the remote comprehensive management system is suitable for decentralized layout. In October 2018, Hebei Chengzhi Yangpu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. officially signed a technical cooperation agreement with Finnish Meteneroy Company. The cooperation content includes Finnish Meteneroy Company authorizing Hebei Chengzhi Yangpu Company to exclusively apply the international patents and dry anaerobic fermentation technology, biogas purification technology, etc. invented by the company in China, and provide key technologies, operation guidance, maintenance and operation, and after-sales service for automation software and equipment. Chengzhi Yangpu Company is responsible for project construction and providing scientific research sites, laboratories, etc. Tongji University is responsible for domestic transformation of Finnish technology and localization of foreign equipment. The three parties jointly carry out research on key technologies of key, difficult and key points in biogas engineering. Since the construction of the project, the company has been responsible for collecting waste such as straw, household waste, human and animal manure, and agricultural film from surrounding rural areas.
