Hebei Agricultural Association Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2017, relying on the unique advantages of numerous member resources and services of Hebei Agricultural Industry Association under the guidance of relevant policies. In order to better serve agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in our province, solve the problems encountered by members and agricultural enterprises in information, technology, management, circulation, planning, and other aspects of operation, and explore innovative development models for the association. The company's main business includes agricultural technology development, consulting, transfer, and promotion services, agency for the import and export of various commodities and technologies, sales of seedlings and edible agricultural products, construction of landscaping projects, and enterprise marketing planning. At present, the company has established cooperation with some member units and carried out projects such as seedling and agricultural product sales, establishment of traceability system, and landmark certification. In 2018 and 2019, the company has continuously undertaken foreign intelligence projects introduced by the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau, achieving good results. By 2020, our company had introduced foreign experts such as Dr. Arina Kuzmina, a national raspberry expert from Russia, and Professor Kalosha Nadezda, the chief small berry expert from Ohio State in the United States, Dr. Garry Gao. We had introduced Professor Yesayan Karine, a director of the Ministry of Agriculture, agronomist, and national first level consultant from the Republic of Armenia, and Professor Zhang Zhendong, the president of the Taiwan Federation of Biological Plant Protection Associations and the Cross Strait Agricultural Promotion Association, as well as a biological light supplement expert. The advanced pruning, cultivation and management, pest control technology, fruit deep processing and other technologies of raspberry and Armenian sweet apricot in Russia, the United States have been introduced, and Taiwan's biological light supplement technology has been introduced to solve the impact of haze weather in northern China on facility agricultural planting and production. Implement the Raspberry Demonstration and Promotion Project to establish 5 demonstration bases in our province, with over 100000 seedlings and a promotion area of nearly 100 acres. Organize multiple training sessions, train more than 1000 people, cultivate more than 100 technical personnel, compile and distribute more than 20000 technical manuals for free, drive more than 300 households, and create benefits of over a million yuan. Implement the Armenian Sweet Apricot Demonstration and Promotion Project to establish 6 demonstration bases, with over 10000 seedlings, Promote an area of 120 acres, organize training of 500 people, cultivate more than 80 technical personnel, compile and distribute more than 10000 technical manuals, drive more than 500 households, increase profits by more than 2 million yuan, execute biological light supplement projects, complete expert invitation and guidance, establish 8 demonstration bases, radiate and drive 200 households, reach a scale of 2000 acres, train more than 1000 people, train 100 technicians, and increase profits by 10% -20% through light supplement technology for plant planting per mu, The average dry matter intake of cows increased by 1 kilogram, the average milk production increased by 2 kilograms, and the natural estrus rate increased by 10%. The implementation of the above projects promotes the development of characteristic agricultural industries in our province, as well as the application of supplementary lighting technology in facility agriculture and animal husbandry. It not only adjusts the structure and production methods of our province's agricultural industry, but also improves industrial production efficiency, increases output, increases benefits, increases employment, increases farmers' income, and promotes the development of agriculture in the province.
