Research and development of anti HPV biological protein gel project

Through carrying out talent introduction projects, we will drive the research and development of anti HPV biological protein gel products, cultivate a research and development team in the field of biological protein preparations, establish a protein modified preparation product development platform, promote the development of biomedical materials industry in our province, improve the research and development level of anti-virus dressing products in our country, and enable the masses of our people to use medical products with excellent quality and moderate price. Cervical cancer has become the second largest malignant tumor that endangers women's health. Research has found that over 99.7% of cervical cancer pathological tissues can detect HPV DNA, making cervical cancer the first cancer confirmed by the World Health Organization (WHO) to be completely caused by HPV infection. Currently, there are approximately 500000 new cases of this disease worldwide each year. China has approximately 135000 new cases of cervical cancer every year, accounting for about 1/4 of the total number of new cases of cervical cancer in the world, and the number of deaths is approximately 50000. Especially in the past decade, its incidence rate has soared, with a growth rate of 68.8%, becoming the disease with the fastest growth in mortality, ranking first in women's cancer. With the deepening of China's openness, the incidence rate and age of cervical cancer may have a significant upward trend. Therefore, China urgently needs drugs and biological preparations that can effectively prevent and control HPV virus infection, and it is necessary to develop anti HPV virus preparation products.
