1、 Company Overview: Jizhou Zhongyi Composite Materials Co., Ltd., formerly known as Jizhou Zhongyi Fiberglass Factory, was founded in 1986 and completed its privatization in 2004. The main products produced by the company are fiberglass products, which can be divided into fiberglass containers, fiberglass towers, fiberglass pipes, fiberglass steel pipes, fiberglass grilles, etc. The annual production capacity of storage tanks is 10000 tons, and pipelines are 20000 tons. The company currently has two production plants and one branch, among which the Nanqiao factory was built in 1986. All production lines in the plants are independently researched and designed, using PLC control systems for full process production. The automation level is high, and the repeated positioning accuracy of the winding equipment can reach 0.10 millimeters. The main business is the design, production, sales, and installation of fiberglass products. The company has qualifications for pressure vessel manufacturing, pressure pipeline component manufacturing, water pipeline production, and hazardous chemical tank product production. In addition, the company has participated in the formulation of industry standards 5 times and the revision of relevant industry standards 4 times. Currently, it has obtained 29 authorized patents, including 6 invention patents and 23 utility model patents. 2、 The technical requirements for the proposed project will be from December 2019 to December 2021. The project name is about the technology introduction of advanced thermoplastic composite material plates, and the foreign cooperation unit is Russia UVZ International S.A.R.L. Based on the cooperation with UVZ International S.A.R.L high-performance gas cylinder related projects, both parties agree to jointly develop advanced technologies in the field of thermoplastic composite materials and plates, in order to improve the product line of Zhongyi Company. Through the introduction of advanced thermoplastic composite material plate technology, the performance of composite materials can be improved while making composite products environmentally friendly and easier to recycle. Due to the impact of the epidemic, foreign experts have not yet visited our company for face-to-face communication and exchange. However, Mr. Ivan, the resident engineer and translator, has been residing in China and both parties will hold regular video conferences to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
