From June 2006 to November 2009, worked in the production department of Jingao (Ningjin Base) Company. Served as the head of the diffusion production section from November 2009 to February 2018. He has served as the deputy manager of the production department of Jingao Yangzhou Base, assistant and general manager of Jingao Fengxian Base, and general manager of Jingao Hefei Base since February 2018, The current position is Assistant President of Jing'ao Solar Energy and General Manager of Jing'ao Solar Energy Co., Ltd. (Ningjin Base). In terms of introducing expert talents: 1. Introduce global management talents; 2. Introduce top level experts in the photovoltaic industry.
