1、 Basic Overview of the Enterprise: Hebei Tianqi Tongyu Aviation Equipment Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianqi Tongyu"), in line with market development trends, began investing in and constructing the Tianqi Tongyu aircraft manufacturing project in 2015, which is located in the Gaobeidian Economic Development Zone of Hebei Province. The planned area of this project is 61.83 acres, with a total construction area of 44420 square meters. Tianqi Tongyu is a technology-based enterprise specializing in the exploration and research of cutting-edge theories in the fields of aircraft and its components, composite material products, and the research and development, production, sales, and technical consulting services of cutting-edge high-tech products. The leading products include aircraft and its spare parts, composite products, etc. The complete machine covers a variety of models, including autogyro, power delta wing, UAV, and other key components and supporting products, involving a variety of models in the general aviation industry, with production capacity facing the world. Tianqi Tongyu has four subsidiaries located in multiple regions both domestically and internationally: Montreal, France, Baoding, China, and Toronto, China. In 2016, it wholly acquired DTA, a French aircraft manufacturer, introduced international autogyro technology, carried out localization substitution and industrialization upgrading, and became the first winner of the independent brand of domestic general aviation light sport aircraft. The company has more than 10 brands such as "Tianqi Tongyu", "J-RO", and "Xeeleex", and has airworthiness certifications from multiple countries such as Germany, France, Canada, Spain, Switzerland, Nepal, etc. It has a wide range of applications and is known as the "Air Ferrari". It has received praise from consumers and its products have been sold to more than 40 countries and regions worldwide. The company has a research and development team of over 30 people, and employs 7 external experts and scholars to provide technical and business guidance, continuously enriching its research and development capabilities. We have achieved certain technological achievements and currently have 69 patent authorizations, including 3 invention patents, 2 copyrights, and over 300 French "Solo Envelope" proprietary technology registered trademarks. Among them, 3 international trademarks have been published by technical personnel in multiple academic papers in national core journals. Tianqi Tongyu has won multiple honors, including the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Leadership Award in Gaobeidian City in 2018 and 2019, the Outstanding Enterprise Award at the 2018 Xi'an International Science and Technology Industry Expo, and the Excellent Entrepreneurial Group Award for the R&D and manufacturing project of Tianqi Tongyu Aircraft in the Baoding Selection Competition of the 3rd "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, The development project of Tianqi Tongyu J-ROC-100 autogyro won the National Competition Excellence Award and Hebei Provincial Competition Excellence Award of the 6th "Creating Youth" China Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. 2、 It is proposed to introduce expert talents. President Song Zihan led the team to complete the wholly-owned acquisition of DTA, a French aircraft manufacturing company, in 2016, and introduce its advanced JRO autogyro R&D and manufacturing technology. We completed the technology landing at the end of 2017. In February 2018, as the first and only aviation enterprise in North China to apply for airworthiness certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China, our company obtained a charter flight certificate issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China at the end of 2018. This year, we successfully completed scientific research and test flights. The company has the ability to independently design and produce 70% of the key components of domestic J-ROC-100 models, with an annual production capacity of 100 sets. In 2019, 12 sets of J-ROC-100 autogyro were exported, realizing an operating income of nearly 15 million yuan. It is planned to introduce the development technology of the second generation autogyro before the end of this year, and complete the technology landing in 2021. The performance of the second generation machine is stronger than that of the first generation JRO, with a total cost reduction of more than 20%, which is more in line with consumer preferences and conducive to increasing market share. The company has hired 7 domestic and foreign experts and scholars to provide technical guidance, and plans to introduce 1-2 more foreign experts to provide technical guidance for the second generation aircraft. One of the foreign experts is DeviRenaud, a final assembly engineer and test flight engineer from the French company Developmentment ET Technology Aero. The expert will guide the company to solve the technical problems of the final assembly of the second-generation aircraft, cooperate with the scientific research and flight test project of the second-generation aircraft, finally achieve the aircraft delivery qualification status, meet the design requirements and production process control requirements of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on aircraft, and obtain the type certificate (TC) and Production License (PC) issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
