It was established in April 2018 with an initial registered capital of 48 million yuan and increased to 76 million yuan in 2019. The company has a high-level research and development team of 34 people, with professors and doctoral students as the core. Obtained production license and qualification certification: ① International automotive production standard IATF-16949, enterprise employee health and safety management system OHSAS-18000, and environmental safety management system ISO-14000 system certification. ② National High tech Enterprise, Qinhuangdao Hydraulic Bulging Engineering Technology Research Center for Tube and Shell Parts, National Science and Technology Small and Medium Enterprises, Hydraulic Bulging Automotive Axle Shell Process and Equipment Research and Development Center (B-level). We have pioneered the research and development of the theory of automobile axle shell steel tube expansion and compression forming process, as well as a complete set of technologies including forming process, finite element simulation, composite mold, and forming equipment, both domestically and internationally. We have fully independent intellectual property rights, published 36 papers, authorized 12 related invention patents, and published 10 patents. We have been supported by 2 Hebei Natural Science Foundation projects. Product advantages: ① Overall forming without welding seams, avoiding the problem of easy cracking at the welding seams of the punching and welding bridge shell. ② The product has good performance and a fatigue life of over 1.1 million cycles, which is 40% higher than the national standard The material utilization rate is higher than 90%, lighter than the cast bridge shell by more than 30%, and saves 30% of the material compared to the punched welded bridge shell. ④ The product can achieve variable cross-section and wall thickness, with a more reasonable distribution of wall thickness and performance approaching.
