Learning experience: studied at Beijing University of Science and Technology from September 2001 to January 2008, bachelor and master degree, majored in iron and steel metallurgy, and has studied at School of Metallurgy and ecological engineering, Beijing University of Science and Technology since September 2013, serving as a doctoral candidate. Work experience: Prior to December 2008, I was stationed at Shougang Qiangang Company, and later at Shougang Jingtang Company. From May 2008 to February 2014, I worked at the Thin Plate Institute of Shougang Technology Research Institute. Since March 2014, I have been the Deputy General Manager of AVIC Shangda High Temperature Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. Next step in introducing foreign experts: AVIC Shangda High Temperature Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. plans to hire David Fitchett, a retired employee of Rolls Royce in the UK, in 2021. David Fitchett joined Rolls Royce in the UK in 1976 and has been working in the company's international business cooperation department for the procurement and supply chain management of global suppliers of high temperature alloy materials and components until the end of 2019, serving as a senior project manager for the department for a long time. From 2000 to 2019, he was responsible for the procurement and management of raw materials and components for civil aviation engines in China. Considering the expansion of AVIC Shanghai's products into overseas markets and its grasp of global market trends and product research and development, AVIC Shanghai plans to hire him as a senior consultant for the company's global high-temperature alloy material and return business development, responsible for the specific implementation of the above work and regularly reporting to AVIC Shanghai.
