The factory covers a total area of 37000 square meters, with 8600 square meters for the first phase (existing) factory and 9000 square meters for the second phase (planned) factory. Design capacity: 450000 pieces of anti-collision beams per year, 70000 sets of new energy battery boxes per year. All shareholders of the joint venture company are industry leaders. CITIC Daika is the world's largest aluminum wheel manufacturing enterprise, which has developed into a large multinational automotive component enterprise group with diversified products and comprehensive business such as automotive aluminum wheels, chassis, powertrain, body parts, equipment manufacturing, mold development, surface engineering, energy management, etc. CITIC Bohai Aluminum is a large-scale backbone enterprise of CITIC Group, and has been committed to the research, production, and sales of aluminum extruded profiles, With a complete aluminum processing industry system and high-end aluminum alloy manufacturing capabilities, Japan UACJ Corporation is the largest comprehensive aluminum manufacturer in Japan, ranking among the top three in the world. It has cutting-edge technology and a complete global supply chain in aluminum alloy plate and strip rolling, extrusion, aluminum foil, castings, forging, and deep processing. In order to adapt to the increasingly strict environmental protection and emission standards in the automotive industry, the joint venture company focuses on promoting lightweight design and has gradually established a complete lightweight technology system, which can provide customers with a strong overall solution for green and lightweight aluminum extruded automotive components. At the same time, the joint venture company combines the research and development technology advantages of the three shareholders, and has the ability to synchronize the development of aluminum extruded automotive parts with the automotive main engine factory, from the proposal of design creative ideas (CAD) to the application of digital engineering simulation technology (CAE). The main products of the joint venture company are aluminum alloy anti-collision beams and aluminum alloy battery boxes, with customers including international high-end new energy vehicle companies and local advanced battery suppliers. The current production processes mainly include deep processing processes such as bending, heat treatment and aging, welding, and machining. Process benchmarking: Japan UACJ Co., Ltd. currently has mature processes and is at an international leading level. The main equipment includes a bending machine, a heat treatment aging furnace, a processing center, and a fully automatic welding unit. The company's equipment is at an advanced level in the industry, using Siemens and ABB systems with a high degree of automation, which can meet customers' needs for high-precision aluminum alloy component processing. 2、 The demand for introducing expert talents is that Daikayou Aixijie Bohai Aluminum Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the joint venture company) initially plans to introduce four Japanese experts, all of whom have been working in the joint venture company since November 2019. The basic information is as follows: Takeuchi Hiromi, born in 1962, holds a master's degree and graduated from Waseda University, the top private university in Japan, majoring in Resources and Materials Engineering. Before coming to China, he held important positions such as factory manager and minister at UACJ Corporation, focusing on administrative management. During this period, relying on his extensive experience in aluminum alloy product design, he was invited as a guest expert by top Japanese automaker Toyota for 9 years, participating in vehicle design work and responsible for the synchronous development of aluminum alloy components. Considering that the joint venture company will also have a large number of simultaneous development work on aluminum alloy structural components with automobile manufacturers in the future, Yamada Feng is introduced as the company's R&D leader to oversee the technical department. Through advanced technologies such as structural CAE high simulation analysis, a good foundation is laid for improving product design and process level. Takao Ganxiong, born in 1981, holds a master's degree and graduated from the renowned National Kyoto University in Japan with a major in materials. After graduation, he joined the Research and Development Institute of Sumitomo light metal Co., Ltd. (the predecessor of UACJ Co., Ltd.), specializing in the research and development of aluminum alloy thermal management technology. One of the main products of the joint venture company, the aluminum alloy battery box, will use a large amount of heat exchange technology to provide customers with the best product solutions from various aspects such as material development, fluid design, forming process, and surface anti-corrosion treatment. Da Kao Ganxiong is familiar with and able to flexibly use thermal management CAE simulation analysis software to design and analyze products.
