Company Introduction: Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ZTE Automobile) is located at 860 Jianguo Road, Jingxiu District, Baoding City, Hebei Province. It was founded in 1949 and was formerly known as the Jizhong Automobile Repair Brigade of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. After going through Baoding Automobile Repair Factory, Universal Automobile Manufacturing Factory, and Baoding Automobile Manufacturing Factory, a joint venture company was established in December 1999. The company has a registered capital of 260.65 million yuan, a production capacity of 50000 vehicles, and an area of 335000 square meters. It is a backbone enterprise in the domestic production of pickup trucks, a national high-tech enterprise, and one of the first batch of national vehicle export base enterprises. For over 70 years, ZTE Automobile has always adhered to independent research and development, possessing core technology and development and design capabilities for pickup truck components. In the development process, it has created multiple industry firsts: 1. produced China's first four-wheel light vehicle in 1976, 2. produced China's first pickup truck and SUV in 1986, 3. In 2003, it first set a single batch export record for Chinese automobiles and repeatedly broke records, Leading Chinese cars overseas 4. Established the first factory overseas in 2008, achieving product exports to technology exports 5. Independently researched and developed the first diesel pickup truck 6. Independently researched and designed the first off-road pickup truck. In 1999, the joint venture ushered in a new era for ZTE Automobile, becoming a backbone enterprise in the pickup truck industry. In 2016, it achieved sales of 19736 units, sales revenue of 118079 million yuan, and profits of 22.38 million yuan. In 2017, it achieved sales of 25285 units, sales revenue of 1849.93 million yuan, and profits of 97.07 million yuan. At the end of 2019, the production qualification of ZTE Automotive's entire series of vehicles with the prefix "1, 5, 6, and 7" was approved by the state, solving the production qualification problem that has long hindered the development of the enterprise. It can produce passenger cars and sedans, with four platforms and six new models planned to be put into production by the end of 2020. The new factory construction project has also been approved by the Baoding Municipal Government. ZTE Motors, which is constantly striving for success, has ushered in a new situation of being ready for development. ZTE Automotive R&D Center gathers a large number of technological elites with strong vehicle design and research and development capabilities. Since 1996, it has been continuously rated as a provincial-level enterprise technology center in Hebei Province. In 2011, it was recognized as a provincial-level high-tech enterprise, and in 2014 and 2017, it passed the review again. Currently, it has more than 600 scientific and technological personnel, including vehicle, chassis, electrical appliances, body, body accessories, mold engineering, and styling design We have independently completed the entire process of automotive product design and development, including design of styling renderings, production of clay models, coordinate measurement, engineering design, and engineering CAE. We have established a market-oriented product design and research and development system, and fully utilized domestic and foreign resources to jointly design and develop with well-known foreign companies, ensuring the vitality of our products. Since 2001, we have obtained a total of 130 invention patents, utility model patents, and design patents (including 3 invention patents), and in the past two years, we have obtained 25 independent intellectual property rights.
