The Municipal Science and Technology Bureau holds a promotion conference on modern agricultural technology in Germany

On April 10th, the "German Modern Agricultural Technology Promotion Conference" was successfully held, hosted by the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau and co organized by the Lingshou County Science and Technology and Industrial Information Bureau. Ke Xu, Deputy Director of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Director of the Foreign Trade Bureau, attended the conference and delivered a speech. More than 30 people from relevant county and district agriculture, science and technology management departments, research institutes, agricultural enterprises, cooperatives, and news media attended the meeting.

Ke Xu stated that the Shijiazhuang Science and Technology Bureau has always adhered to scientific and technological innovation as a support for promoting rural revitalization and achieving high-quality development of agriculture and rural areas. The innovative "county-level travel" series of activities launched in 2023 will promote cooperation between our city's enterprises and foreign talents. We hope that this promotion activity can help Germany's modern agricultural technology to be demonstrated and promoted in Shijiazhuang as soon as possible.

The docking meeting invited German agricultural expert Hartmut Turner for on-site promotion and exchange, focusing on modern technologies and development models such as soil inspection and analysis, mechanized farming, crop testing, modern aquaculture systems, and operation management models in Germany. Participants exchanged ideas and discussed the requirements for technology introduction, cooperation models, local advantages and needs.

After the docking meeting, German agricultural experts conducted on-site inspections and project docking in Gaocheng District, and signed a cooperation agreement. In the future, German experts will also go to Junlebao Dairy Group Co., Ltd. for docking and exchange.
