It is reported that the Home of Overseas Returnees was founded in 2014, is the largest overseas returnees community organization in Xiamen, the platform around the "life", "work", "social" and growth "four sections organized more than 600 activities, attracted nearly 5500 members in Xiamen. Recently, Home of Returnees is cooperating with Pingtan Research Institute of Xiamen University to explore new ways to cultivate BRICS returnees. The Talent Office of the Municipal Committee highly affirmed the good results of the Home of Overseas returnees over the years, which has provided warm humanistic care and much-needed job guidance for international talents to stay in Xiamen. Director Huang Weiqiang suggested that the Municipal Human Resources Office and relevant government departments could further guide and support the development of service organizations focusing on the field of returnee talents, and set up related policies in the aspects of skills improvement, employment and entrepreneurship of returnee, and human resources services for the cultivation of returnee talents in BRICS and One Belt and One Road.
