At present, the company has 22 R&D personnel, including 4 with senior professional titles and 11 with bachelor's degrees or above. The technical team combines old, middle-aged, and young people, with rich experience and a reasonable structure. The overall area of the research and development site is 1163 square meters, with four high standard and domestic first-class experimental platforms, namely the effective enzyme activity evaluation room, OEA analysis room, precision instrument room, and feed raw material nutritional value evaluation room. We have high-end instruments and equipment such as imported viscometers from the United States, microcomputer fully automatic calorimeters, and fully automatic amino acid analyzers. OEA laboratory regularly holds NSP enzyme preparation testing and evaluation training courses, and has established laboratory communication platform systems with multiple group companies. It has assisted clients such as Yangxiang and Huagang in establishing enzyme preparation testing and evaluation systems, enhancing the recognition level and testing and evaluation capabilities of feed and aquaculture enterprises in China. In August 2016, the company responded to the government's call and relocated to Caofeidian, Tangshan, to build the most advanced and largest feed enzyme production base with fermentation technology. The first phase covers an area of 26911 square meters, with a total construction area of 9576.93 square meters, including the comprehensive building, compounding workshop and warehouse, fermentation workshop, etc. The comprehensive building has an enterprise research and development center, an advanced compounding production line in China, and a complete set of solid fermentation equipment that is currently applying for a patent. The company's production equipment and technology are in a leading position in China, and the factory planning is fully functional and the layout is reasonable. Due to the different anti nutritional factors of different feed ingredients, the types and contents of single enzymes in the corresponding composite enzyme formulation are different. Developing new composite enzyme products that meet the national conditions of China truly realizes the improvement of the nutritional value of feed ingredients through scientific addition of enzyme preparations, improves feed utilization efficiency, and reduces environmental pollution. Introduce the experience and technology of using enzyme preparations from the European Union, and through continuous communication and in-depth communication, fully understand the mechanism of action between composite enzymes and substrates. Relying on the Huameiyuan Animal Experimental Base, conduct animal experimental verification. 1、 After the completion of the economic benefits project, it is expected that the sales volume of enzyme preparations can reach 3000 tons, achieving an annual sales revenue of 120 million yuan and generating tax revenue of 20 million yuan. 2、 The industry benefit project introduces advanced technologies and concepts from European experts to improve the overall understanding level of feed enzymes in the domestic enzyme preparation industry. Through the introduction of composite enzyme preparation technology, the nutritional value of feed is fully utilized and the adverse effects of anti nutritional factors on animal health are reduced. According to statistics from the early 1990s, there were over 70 enzyme preparation manufacturers in the world, with 25 being the largest. The top 8 enzyme preparation manufacturers are distributed in European countries such as Denmark, the Netherlands, Finland, Belgium, and France. The use of enzyme preparations in Europe has a long history. The GrainUp project in Europe is a collaborative research project aimed at using innovative methods to study and enhance the value of grain feeding. Part of the project is to investigate the different mechanisms of action and combinations of enzymes and substrates on the growth performance of different animals. In 2017, through in-depth communication with Rainer Mosenshin, a professor at Hohenheim University in Germany, Huameiyuan decided to establish the first "China Grain Up Project" in China - the "China Grain Enhancement Plan". Among them, the "China Europe Composite Enzyme Preparation Process" project is the core.
