More than 2 million consumers use Junlebao milk powder every day, and in recent years, the supply has been in short supply. 2、 The next step for Junlebao to focus on the nutritional needs of infants and young children, breast milk research, and the development of probiotics is to introduce project technology requirements. Relevant research will be carried out to break through the key issues that restrict the development of infant and young food in China. In terms of nutritional needs for infants and young children, research is mainly carried out on the growth and development needs, gut microbiota, nutrient requirements, and other aspects of infants and young children at different stages, providing a theoretical basis for the development of infant products. In terms of breast milk research, the main focus is on building a breast milk database, analyzing the nutrient content and microbial community of breast milk at different lactation times and delivery methods. In terms of probiotic development, we mainly carry out the creation and optimization of functional evaluation and step-by-step screening systems for probiotic lactic acid bacteria, enrich the evaluation methods of germplasm resource banks, screen probiotic strains for infants and young children, and develop functional research products. Conduct analysis of the nutritional status of infants and young children, providing theoretical basis and data support for the development of targeted breastfeeding infant formula milk powder and formula milk powder suitable for lactating mothers. The project will introduce foreign experts in research areas such as infant and toddler nutrition and gut microbiota, nutritional research on dairy products and functional foods, health functions of probiotics, and technical research on the development of probiotics and functional foods. Drawing on foreign research methods and technologies, the project will assist in the technological progress of infant and toddler milk powder in China and promote the development of the dairy industry.
