The company has introduced world-class production equipment and advanced process technology, and has international advanced equipment such as high-power laser cutting machines, dual flame precision plasma cutting machines, beveling robots, and machining centers. We mainly produce components for mechanical equipment such as light rail vehicles, excavators, and road rollers. We provide products to many well-known manufacturers such as Komatsu Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Takeuchi Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Sumitomo Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., Ishikawa Island Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., and Yangma Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. We are a large modern manufacturing enterprise and are a foreign investment project encouraged by the state. The production equipment is connected to the IOT Internet of Things to achieve information visualization of the equipment. Not only can it monitor the operation of equipment and the changes in various numerical values during equipment shutdown, but also through real-time data collection and recording, it can timely detect small abnormalities in the equipment and prevent them from happening, reducing the failure rate of the equipment and improving production efficiency. Change the traditional product handling management on site and introduce AGV automatic guided transport vehicles. The AGV is equipped with infrared obstacle sensors, safety contacts, and front end emergency stop triple protection measures in the direction of travel, ensuring the safety of on-site personnel. It can continuously complete various processes such as drilling, boring, milling, reaming, tapping, etc., greatly reducing auxiliary process time such as workpiece clamping, measurement, and machine tool adjustment, with high efficiency and accuracy. Introducing welding robots and displacement machines not only stabilizes and improves welding quality, but also reflects welding quality in numerical form. It can work in harmful environments, improve the labor intensity of operators, and reduce the requirements for operational technology. Introduce and install large-scale dust removal equipment on site to effectively filter dust particles in the air, reduce air pollution, and protect the environment. At the same time, we will implement the digitization of company data, update and upgrade computers, and strengthen the maintenance of company network security.
