The hospital currently has 3920 employees, including 864 doctoral and master's students, 641 senior professional titles, 4 experts enjoying government subsidies, 3 provincial management experts, and 1 provincial outstanding contribution expert. At present, our hospital has 146 departments (consultation rooms), including 42 clinical specialties and 91 departments (consultation rooms); 25 medical technology and auxiliary departments; 30 functional logistics departments. The western region focuses on tumor and orthopedic treatment, forming a "large comprehensive and strong specialized field", while the eastern region is characterized by cardiovascular and cerebrovascular treatment, forming a "large specialized field and excellent comprehensive field". At present, the hospital has an annual outpatient and emergency department volume of 1.734 million people, an annual outpatient and inpatient volume of 102800 people, a surgical volume of 75400 cases, and an average hospital stay of 9.82 days. In Handan City, the total business income of the medical and health system, the number of outpatients, the number of inpatients, the number of operations, the number of people compensated by the new rural cooperative medical system, provincial and municipal key disciplines, and scientific research projects are among the best.
