Requirements introduction
1. Proficient in imaging omics software programming. 2. Have experience and foundation in imaging omics research, and have published relevant SCI articles. 3. Proficient in relevant statistical analysis or 4. Proficient in chest imaging diagnosis. Our hospital has undertaken the early diagnosis and treatment screening project for urban cancer, and conducts screening work for high-risk groups of lung cancer aged 40 and above in Shijiazhuang and surrounding areas every year, with approximately 5000 screenings per year. The CTMRI department is equipped with two small GPU servers, equipped with two ROI outlining software: ITK-SNAP3.6 software and Client software, and two imaging omics running software: AnalysisKit software and Macaque software_ Client software. Imagomics research that can perform image segmentation, feature extraction and selection, model establishment and validation.
