As of now, the alliance has recruited 69 member units in the first batch, including 24 server units, involving multiple countries and regions such as the United States, Germany, Italy, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, etc; There are 45 demand side units, mainly including various industrial parks, incubation carriers, and technology-based enterprises within the scope of Xixian New Area.
At the meeting, the Xi'an Science and Technology Bureau awarded the technology oriented enterprise of the newly recognized Xi'an International Science and Technology Innovation Exchange and Cooperation Base in 2023. A total of 40 international science and technology cooperation bases have been identified this time. 14 international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation projects were signed on-site, involving joint research and development, technology introduction, overseas talent recruitment, project landing, and other aspects.
This time, Qinhan New City has signed a total of 6 international technology exchange and cooperation projects. Among them, AVIC Cloud Computing Technology (Xi'an) Co., Ltd. will establish a Silk Road computing power integration platform node project in Qinhan New City, plan to build a liquid cooled server cluster with a computing power of no less than 230P (2.3 billion calculations per second), and 1 data privacy protection computing node. The platform has currently signed contracts with institutions such as the Artificial Intelligence and Data Science Research Center of Saint Petersburg National University and the Alekarem Research Institute in Russia.
At the 2023 (Shaanxi) China South Korea Science and Technology Achievement Transfer and Transformation Seminar held on the afternoon of the same day, Qinhan New City in Xixian New Area announced to some South Korean member institutions and enterprise representatives of the International Science and Technology Innovation Exchange and Cooperation Alliance at the Qinchuangyuan General Window that the transformation, exchange, and cooperation needs of science and technology achievements in the fields of big health, new energy vehicles, and autonomous driving are being promoted. The two sides will promote deep exchange and cooperation of science and technology resources, promote scientific and technological innovation We conducted in-depth discussions on practical cooperation in the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
