In order to further smooth the talent docking service channels of Liwei Hui Wei, focus on the development needs of key industries, promote the construction of service system of attracting talents and gathering talents in a three-dimensional manner, and comprehensively improve the service level of attracting talents and gathering talents in our city. On June 22, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau held a symposium for pilot units of high-level talent station construction in Weihai City. The meeting invited the leaders of the first batch of pilot units of high-level talent station construction in Weihai City and the relevant district and municipal human resources and social security departments to participate in the discussion, exchange ideas and work plans for the next step of talent station construction, and promote the high-quality development of talent introduction and service work in Weihai City. Ma Xufu, Deputy Minister of the Municipal Organization Department, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau attended the meeting and made a speech.
The meeting pointed out that in recent years, the city has been actively exploring the establishment of talent introduction, landing, growth of the "whole chain" service system, deepen the talent development ecology. It has built a comprehensive high-level talent service platform, built a global talent recruitment network, and held various forms of talent exchange activities, thus enhancing Weihai's international influence and attracting talents at home and abroad. However, in the process of talent introduction and talent service, there are still problems such as diversified demand for talent service and insufficient participation of market forces. To this end, we have explored and promoted the construction of high-level talent stations, and gradually established a service network featuring complementary advantages of high-level talent stations, foreign experts' stations and young talent stations.
At the meeting, Director Ma Xufu put forward two suggestions. On the one hand, each station unit should focus on innovation and make breakthroughs. First, we should continue to carry out multi-form and multi-channel publicity to improve the public awareness of post stations. Second, we should focus on our respective characteristics, advantages and service positioning, give full play to our initiative and resource advantages, closely align with the needs of Laiwei Hui talents to live and work in peace and contentment, and implement targeted talent recruitment and service. Third, organize all kinds of talent exchange activities on a regular basis, give full play to the "position" function in information sharing, entrepreneurship cultivation, life service and other aspects, build the platform carrier of talent interaction and communication and innovation and entrepreneurship service, and build the post station into a "talent home" where the heart is connected and people are retained. On the other hand, all districts and cities are required to strengthen the implementation of safeguards. First, we need to strengthen organizational leadership. According to the principle of territorial management, regular dispatch the progress of the pilot work, help the post station coordinate to solve the difficulties and problems encountered in the pilot process, and ensure the smooth progress of the pilot work. Second, we need to strengthen coordination and cooperation. We should cooperate with departments of development and reform, science and technology, industry and information technology, give full play to their functional advantages, provide guidance and support for the station, carry out performance evaluation, and constantly improve the construction and operation mechanism of the station. Third, we need to strengthen publicity and promotion. To promote the function positioning, application process and service matters of talent station to the public in an all-round and multi-forms, simplify the application procedures, reduce the service threshold, and summarize and popularize the experience and practices in time, so as to expand the influence of talent station.
The construction of high-level talents post is an important measure of high-level talents service in our city, but also a bold attempt. The Municipal Human and Social Security Bureau follows the procedures of unit declaration, condition review, social publicity, organization review, etc. Four units, namely Huicui District New Innovation Investment Operation Co., LTD., Weihai Design Valley Creative Design Co., LTD., Rongcheng Technology Pioneer Park Development Co., LTD., and HIT (Weihai) Innovation Pioneer Park Co., LTD., were selected as "pilot units of Weihai high-level talent Station Construction", which officially started the pilot work of high-level talent station construction in Weihai City. In the future, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will, as always, support the construction of post stations, conduct regular scheduling and hold discussions, focus on the overall development of the city, provide thoughtful and detailed services for the introduction of various talents, and work together with all districts and municipalities to build and utilize post stations well, so as to promote the service work of high-level talents in the city to a new level.
