The Hebei Xinji Sludge Centralized Incineration and Power Generation Disposal Center, independently invested and constructed by the company in Xinji, Pidu, northern China, has a daily treatment capacity of 1300 tons of sludge with a moisture content of 80% and an annual power generation capacity of 86.4 million kilowatt hours. Hebei Guohui plans to introduce renowned 3D printing experts from the United States and jointly develop the technology of using solid waste to prepare 3D printing materials. Using urban and industrial solid waste as the main raw materials, and combining 3D printing construction technology, it aims to prepare green building materials such as non clay bricks, building blocks, building boards, and walls, in order to solve the problem of urban and industrial solid waste and provide new choices for 3D printing construction materials. The research and development, promotion and application of this project will help reduce the mining and use of natural stone materials, in line with sustainable development concepts such as creating a circular economy, building a "waste free city", and a "conservation oriented society". The main research content of this project is as follows: (1) Research on the preparation plan of green aggregates. Industrial solid waste is used as the main raw material, and different particle sizes of ceramsite sand are prepared through molding and roasting processes to replace natural river sand and other aggregates. Based on the properties and usage needs of the raw materials, different products and production processes such as expanded ceramsite, sintered ceramsite, and non fired ceramsite are developed. (2) Utilizing the previous research results, ceramsite sand, fly ash, cement Mix curing agents and other materials to prepare geopolymer cement-based materials, and combine them with 3D printing technology to form green building materials such as non clay bricks, building blocks, building boards, and walls. Adjust the preparation process, formula, and other factors to meet actual usage needs and relevant standards.
