Problem to be solved: 1. Develop products suitable for different series of aluminum alloy grain refiners through product design to address the limitations of traditional aluminum alloy grain refiner products in the field of application. 2. Develop preparation technology to solve the problems of large average size, irregular morphology, and insufficient effective nucleation particles in traditional grain refiner products. 3. By introducing advanced melt processing, casting and other series of industrial equipment, the optimization and integration of process technology and industrial production lines are achieved, solving the problems of uneven composition, low purity, and insufficient refining ability of traditional grain refiners. Target to be achieved: 1. Refinement ability. Utilize TP-1 standard to refine 99.7% of pure aluminum, resulting in grains less than 90% μ M2. Meet the grain refinement needs of different series of aluminum alloys and achieve an annual production capacity of 3000 tons. Through product design, develop products suitable for different series of aluminum alloy grain refinement, and solve the limitations of traditional aluminum alloy grain refinement products in the application field. As a key basic material in China's aluminum and aluminum alloy manufacturing industry, aluminum alloy grain refinement agents play a crucial role in the internal quality and comprehensive performance of aluminum and aluminum alloys due to their quality level and refinement effect. With the rapid development of China's aluminum processing industry, the application of aluminum and aluminum alloys in high-tech fields such as aerospace, rail transit, shipbuilding, and power electronics is becoming increasingly widespread. Higher requirements are put forward for the quality stability and refining ability of grain refiners. In this context, combined with the demand for high-quality grain refiner products in the high-end aluminum manufacturing field, the company aims to improve the refinement effect and stability of grain refiner products. At the same time, based on different aluminum alloy characteristics and usage requirements, the company has initiated a project to develop new aluminum alloy grain refiner products and achieved achievement transformation. The main work content of this project is 1. Design and preparation technology development of a new type of aluminum alloy grain refiner product 2. Product quality testing and application effect verification 3. Construction of a modern industrial production line to achieve the transformation of research results. Through the implementation of this project, we have successfully developed a new type of aluminum alloy grain refiner product, achieved its promotion and application in the production and manufacturing of aluminum alloy products, and actively promoted the quality and preparation technology upgrading of grain refiner products and high-end aluminum materials in China.
