Currently, it has obtained seven utility model patents, mainly including amorphous strip, amorphous iron core, amorphous powder, bulk amorphous, etc., with a production capacity of 90000 tons/year, The establishment of the company has filled the gap in the amorphous industry in Hebei Province. As a new type of metal functional material listed in the "13th Five Year Plan for the Development of National Strategic Emerging Industries" catalog, amorphous materials have always been a cutting-edge topic in material science and technology research. Due to their significant advantages over conventional metal materials in strength, hardness, toughness, superplastic forming, soft magnetism, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, radiation resistance, etc., they are widely used in national defense, aerospace, aircraft carriers, new energy vehicles, metallic glass 3D printing, information and energy fields have important application prospects. The company's main business scope includes the research and development and technology promotion of new amorphous materials, the production and sales of amorphous materials, and technical support and services for the amorphous industry. The company has the most advanced production and manufacturing equipment in China and the most high-end international testing instruments. It will cooperate with domestic and international research institutes and universities to conduct in-depth exploration and research on cobalt based, nickel based amorphous strips, amorphous nanocrystals, titanium based amorphous alloy materials and other fields on the basis of iron based amorphous materials.
