The core valve of the traditional Brass instrument is the core key component, which directly affects the product quality and the use of players. Enterprises use copper alloy materials for core valves, but due to the high density and heavy weight of the core valve material, it has a large inertia during actual operation, which affects the rotation speed and makes the operation appear sluggish. Copper alloy is prone to oxidation during use, and often causes poor rotation or jamming during performance, which troubles performers. We will use new Magnalium materials with lower density, higher hardness and less deformation and anti oxidation technology to replace traditional copper alloy materials, reduce the weight of wind music, and use anti oxidation technology to produce new products, so that players can have a better sense of control in use.

project plans to improve the materials of the heavy core valves of Brass instrument by making use of the high strength and lightweight characteristics of Magnalium materials to carry out synthetic material processing experiments and anti oxidation surface treatment processes, and solve the problem that the process of musicians playing will not be stuck like the brass core valves. Now the application of Magnalium has been applied to the fields of ships and high-speed railways. Magnalium is one of the alloys. According to p=1.8g/cm3, magnesium alloy is a quarter lighter than copper alloy and 30% lighter than aluminum alloy. Aluminum magnesium alloy has small elastic modulus and good rigidity, so it is not easy to deform after long use, and has strong damping and shock absorption performance, which can protect musical instruments and reduce damage. Because of its low density and high strength, its specific performance is improved. Magnalium has good strength, rigidity and dimensional stability. It ensures the consistency and durability of the product, and has always been developed and designed with a focus on green environmental protection. It focuses on considering the environmental attributes of the product (recyclability, maintainability, reusability, etc.) and regards it as the design goal. While meeting the environmental requirements, it ensures the product's expected functionality, service life, quality, and other requirements.

1. Material: brass H65 for musical instruments, silver plated nozzle, Magnalium core valve;
2. Tube gas density: not less than 0.08mpa;
3. Clearance between the inner and outer tubes of the tuning tube: ≤ 0.06mm;
4. The other parameters meet the relevant standards of the Chinese light industry musical instrument industry.
