New formulation project leader

Fully responsible for the development of nano drug delivery systems, able to complete project development in accordance with relevant domestic and international regulations: 1. Majored in pharmacy or pharmaceutical preparations, obtained a doctoral degree overseas. Research direction: Research direction of new drug delivery system formulations (liposomes, nanocrystals, nanoparticles, microspheres, etc.). 2. Possess rich experience in the research of drug delivery system prescription processes and pilot scale up, as well as production conversion experience. 3. More than five years of work experience in the research and development of new formulations in well-known foreign enterprises, with at least one lead in the development of new formulations and drugs; 4. Familiar with current domestic or foreign registration regulations, able to develop project research and development plans in accordance with QbD specifications, guide and lead researchers to complete the entire project's formulation product development; 5. Master the research and development and marketing status of new drug delivery systems, especially nano drug delivery systems, both domestically and internationally, as well as the latest technological advancements. 6. Having team management skills that meet the company's requirements, with a strong sense of quality and efficiency; 7. Has good learning ability, innovative awareness, and strong communication and execution skills.
