It can continuously complete various processes such as drilling, boring, milling, reaming, tapping, etc., greatly reducing auxiliary process time such as workpiece clamping, measurement, and machine tool adjustment, with high efficiency and accuracy. Introducing welding robots and displacement machines not only stabilizes and improves welding quality, but also reflects welding quality in numerical form. It can work in harmful environments, improve the labor intensity of operators, and reduce the requirements for operational technology. Introduce and install large-scale dust removal equipment on site to effectively filter dust particles in the air, reduce air pollution, and protect the environment. At the same time, we will implement the digitization of company data, update and upgrade computers, and strengthen the maintenance of company network security. Not only does it save office space, but it also makes it faster to find the necessary information. The plan is to introduce a handling robot and a visual recognition system to transform the on-site workpiece into a two-dimensional flat image through sensors. After image processing, the image of the object will be output, and the given size, color mode, and similar image range will be detected or tracked to determine the position and direction of the workpiece and the robot's motion trajectory. It can significantly reduce inspection costs, improve product quality, and accelerate production speed and efficiency.
