The activity of "first aid knowledge training for accidental injury prevention" was successfully held in Xingtai University

To promote the accelerated development of foreign talent introduction and service work in Hebei Province, and to enhance the happiness, security, and comfort of foreign experts working and living in Hebei. On May 31, the activity of "first aid knowledge training for accident prevention" for foreign experts' apartments hosted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts), organized by Xingtai Science and Technology Bureau, Hebei Xingye Human Resources Service Co., Ltd., and co organized by Hebei Huanyin Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Xingtai University. More than 20 people, including heads of departments of Xingtai University, managers of foreign experts' apartments and foreign experts, attended the event, and the Foreign Experts Management Office of Xingtai Science and Technology Bureau attended the event and delivered a speech.

The theme of this event is "caring for life and 'saving' by our side", adhering to the guiding ideology of "preventing disaster risks and escorting high-quality development". We specially invite experts in emergency knowledge training for accidental injury prevention to give on-site lectures. The activity will be conducted through two parts: training on emergency knowledge for accidental injuries and simulation exercises. Firstly, the main types of common accidental injuries and traumas in daily life, emergency procedures, and solutions to corresponding problems, such as heatstroke, shock, foreign body airway obstruction, will be discussed. At the same time, we led everyone through practical emergency self rescue training, including the use of hemostatic bandages, the fixation of fractures, and the methods of Heimlich first aid. By enabling foreign experts and apartment managers to master the response and disposal methods when encountering unexpected injuries, the emergency response capabilities of foreign experts and apartment managers have been effectively improved, ensuring life safety to the maximum extent possible, and thus preventing safety accidents from occurring.

The holding of this event fully demonstrates the high importance that the Foreign Experts Bureau of our province attaches to the life safety of foreign experts. Through the Foreign Experts Apartment Service Activity, a new situation of foreign expert service work in Hebei Province is created, promoting the introduction of foreign experts and international scientific and technological innovation cooperation, and promoting the high-quality development of Hebei science and technology enterprises.
