"Fire drill" activity of foreign experts' apartment in Hebei Agricultural University was successfully held

To promote the accelerated development of foreign talent introduction and service work in Hebei Province, improve the "soft environment" for foreign experts to work and live in Hebei, and enhance the happiness, security, and comfort of foreign experts working and living in Hebei. On May 25, the "fire drill" activity for foreign experts' apartments hosted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts), undertaken by Hebei Xingye Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. and co organized by Hebei Huanyin Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Hebei Agricultural University. More than 20 foreign experts from Baoding City and Hebei Agricultural University participated in the activity. Zhao Yuanming, director of the Foreign Experts Management Department of Baoding Science and Technology Bureau, attended the activity and delivered a speech.

The theme of this event is "Building a Line of Defense for Fire Drill Prevention and Remembering the Heart". Wang Jieying, the Emergency Rescue Promotion Center of the Emergency Management Department and the National Emergency Rescue Training Supervisor, was specially invited to give on-site lectures. The activity was conducted through two parts: fire knowledge training and simulation exercises. Through watching fire video cases, the analysis and explanation were conducted, elaborating in detail on how to prevent fire, fire extinguishing methods, correct ways to escape, and relevant legal knowledge about fires. At the same time, he led everyone to conduct on-site Emergency evacuation drills and on-site fire fighting drills. By enabling foreign experts and apartment managers to master the methods of fire response and disposal, they strive to ensure life safety to the greatest extent possible, thereby preventing safety accidents and effectively improving the emergency response capabilities of foreign experts and apartment managers to fire emergencies.

The holding of this event fully demonstrates the high importance that the Foreign Experts Bureau of our province attaches to the life safety of foreign experts.
