At present, the project team relies on the good scientific research environment of the provincial key university, the National Defense Science and Technology Industry Bureau and the Hebei Provincial University of Science and Technology, the master's degree in electrical engineering, detection technology and automation device, the provincial key discipline of detection technology and automation device, the AVIC General Aviation Industry Key Engineering Laboratory and the Hebei Production Process Automation Engineering Technology Research Center, It has a complete electric drive experimental test platform, high-performance digital oscilloscope and computer-controlled experimental equipment, and has the ability to independently develop corresponding equipment. The team is neatly staffed, and the background covers the fields of electrical, control, measurement and control, all of which ensure the smooth completion of the research project. (1) The scale of the scientific research team needs to be expanded. It needs to cultivate and introduce high-level talents, actively learn from the experience and foundation of partners, and strengthen the research strength and accumulation of the team in this discipline; (2) The influence of research results is not high enough. The level of published papers needs to be continuously improved, and the independent intellectual property rights need to be continuously enhanced. (1) Further refine the research direction of the discipline, and take the research of the core application problems in the direction of new MEMS sensors as the guidance. Strengthen academic exchanges, encourage teachers to participate in international academic conferences and study abroad in relevant disciplines, or carry out cooperative research in the field of teaching and research with foreign research institutions. (2) Strengthen the curriculum construction of graduate students, and hire as many domestic and foreign experts and scholars as possible to offer cutting-edge theoretical courses. Encourage graduate students to actively participate in important domestic academic conferences. Further deepen the reform of talent training mode and constantly improve the quality of graduate talent training. (3) Based on the project, the research results were summarized, and more than 10 high-level papers were published in domestic and foreign academic journals, including 3 in SCI and 3 in EI; Participate in international academic conferences to exchange achievements and publish more than 3 papers; We have made breakthroughs in sensor modeling, motor structure design and control, and applied for more than 2 invention patents; On this basis, 3 master students will be trained. The School of Electrical Engineering of the University of Science and Technology of China now has a master's degree authorization in the first-level discipline of control science and engineering, and the second-level discipline of electrical machinery and electrical appliances. There are two engineering master's degree awarding fields of control engineering and electrical engineering. Detection technology and automation devices are national defense characteristic disciplines. Our research team has published more than 120 papers (including 30 SCI and 40 EI) and 3 monographs; 7 invention patents were obtained; Cultivate 23 postgraduate students; At the same time, relying on the projects of the National Natural Science Foundation, the Provincial Natural Science Foundation and the Provincial Department of Education, and facing the characteristics of the province's scientific and technological development, it has gradually realized the transformation from academic research and exploration to practical application, and has achieved certain results in industrial transformation. We carried out 12 projects and introduced more than 2.3 million yuan of funds.
