China Germany psychoanalysis Training Exchange Project in Hebei Province

Some practitioners are superstitious about the dross of metaphysics and wear the guise of psychological counseling, which leads to misunderstandings and misunderstandings. The Sino German psychoanalysis training exchange project is just to standardize the confusion in psychological consultation and psychotherapy, and improve the level and ability of mental health services in our province. And this project is an effective way to expand the field of mental health in our province and improve the level of psychotherapy, and it is also one of the directions for the future development of psychological medicine. Germany is the hometown of the psychoanalytic school and the founder of psychoanalysis. With its rigorous theory of psychodynamic reasoning and outcome judgment, it has become the foundation of the development of medical psychology. With the development of modern science and technology, the field of psychotherapy in Germany has gained world-class analytical concepts, successful experiences, and technological achievements, becoming a symbol of modern psychology. 1、 The background of the project is that Germany is the hometown of the psychoanalytic school and the ancestor of psychoanalysis. With its rigorous theory of psychodynamic reasoning and outcome judgment, it has become the foundation of the development of medical psychology. With the development of modern science and technology, the field of psychotherapy in Germany has gained world-class analytical concepts, successful experiences, and technological achievements, becoming a symbol of modern psychology. As early as 2000, Professor Xiao Zeping from the Shanghai Mental Health Center stayed in Germany for further education in medical psychology. After returning to China, she was the first to introduce a training program on Sino German psychoanalytic therapy in Shanghai. For three consecutive years, she conducted training nationwide and was known as the "Sino German class" by industry insiders. As a result, classic psychoanalysis was introduced into China, opening a new chapter in the field of psychoanalysis and greatly promoting the development of the domestic mental health profession. In order to improve the professional level and service ability of mental health in our province, train more professional psychotherapists, especially the ability to respond to public emergencies, and connect with the international and domestic first-class level, we carried out the Sino German psychoanalysis training exchange project in Hebei Province. 2、 The necessity of project construction in China is characterized by rapid and rapid social and economic changes, high work pressure, insufficient health protection, and pollution in urban life, all of which have caused many psychological problems for modern people. According to survey data from the World Health Organization, approximately 200-30 million people in China have mental health problems, with depression, anxiety, and insomnia ranking among the top three. Approximately 190 million people in China need professional psychological counseling or treatment throughout their lives. Standardizing the psychological counseling and treatment service industry, improving the level of psychological counseling and treatment services, has become one of the important work goals of the Health and Family Planning Commission. In order to better meet the public's demand for psychological services, our hospital followed the trend and opened a clinical psychological department in April 2017 to provide professional psychological treatment services for the general public. The clinical psychological healthcare team consists of specialized psychologists, physicians, psychotherapists, counselors, music therapists, rehabilitation therapists, and nurses. The clinical psychology department adheres to the service tenet of "mental health, people-oriented", and provides professional psychological services for every patient with advanced treatment concepts and high-quality treatment services. Since its establishment, the clinical psychology department has been widely recognized by patients. Professor Li Youdong, the leader of the discipline of psychological counseling and treatment in our hospital, a member of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and the director of the Clinical Psychology Department, has also repeatedly raised issues related to strengthening the popularization of psychological health science knowledge, community-based management, and professional training in our province. However, in the face of complex psychological environments in practical work, we are well aware of our shortcomings. We urgently need to draw on advanced international treatment experience and concepts, improve our own treatment level, and improve the current situation of lagging psychological service capabilities. For this reason, our hospital hopes to introduce Alf Gerlach, an expert in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, a psychoanalyst, the co chairman of the Chinese Committee of the International psychoanalysis Association, the former chairman of the German psychoanalysis Alliance, the founder of the Sino German Ban German side, and the head of the Sino German continuous training program, to work and give lectures in the hospital. Professor AlfGerlach is currently in good physical condition. Professor AlfGerlach stated that "culture knows no borders and is willing to make its own contribution to improving the mental health profession in Hebei Province. Through systematic Sino German systematic psychological analysis training, the professional ability of therapists can be effectively improved and their ability to respond to sudden public events can be strengthened. 3、 The specific content of the project is as follows: 1. Internal training includes case supervision, group supervision, diagnosis and treatment of physical and mental diseases, etc. Training is provided to doctors on the combination of internal and external teaching and psychological analysis (in the direction of psychodynamics) teaching, case analysis, and self experience. 2. External training provides professional psychological training for mental health workers in Hebei Province and even the whole country.
