Project description
We have a human body composition analyzer and an indirect resting energy analyzer, with 5 master's degrees and a start-up fund of 50000 yuan. The development of an intelligent weight management platform requires a large amount of weight management data, but currently there is a lack of large-scale standardized weight management data in China, as well as professional talents who can use large-scale clinical data for machine learning or deep learning. A professional team is needed to obtain relevant data through conducting clinical trials. Introduce professionals with big data processing and analysis capabilities, and use these clinical data to establish accurate intervention decision-making models through machine learning. Develop an intelligent weight management platform based on an intervention decision-making model. To develop an intelligent weight management platform, obesity is an important risk factor for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, diabetes, etc. Scientific evidence has shown that weight management through changes in diet and lifestyle can achieve the goal of reducing weight by 5% -15%, which can achieve early prevention or treatment improvement of obesity related chronic diseases and is the core of chronic disease prevention and control. In 2012, the overweight rate and obesity rate among adults aged 18 and above in China were 30.1% and 11.9%, respectively, an increase of 32.0% and 67.6% compared to 2002. The 2016 Global Adult Weight Survey report showed that China's obese population has reached nearly 90 million, ranking first in the world and has become an important public health issue in China. Therefore, the National Health Commission has launched a special action on "three reductions and three health", including "healthy weight". In the Healthy China Action released in 2019, the Healthy China Action Promotion Committee listed the continuous slowing down of the growth rate of adult obesity as one of the action goals, with a view to slowing down the continuous growth of adult obesity and promoting the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, diabetes and other chronic diseases through reasonable diet, national fitness and other actions. However, despite numerous studies confirming that lifestyle interventions are the preferred option for weight management, there are still challenges in implementing weight management. Firstly, there is insufficient understanding of the concept of obesity as a 'disease' and the risks it brings, a lack of willingness to manage independently at the individual level, and poor compliance with weight management. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the dissemination of health knowledge. Secondly, weight management is a long-term process, and the American Society of Endocrinologists recommends implementing weight management for at least 6 months and maintaining it for more than 1 year. However, currently, medical resources in China are mainly used for disease treatment, and resources are limited, making it difficult to cope with the explosive growth of nearly 6 million obese patients each year. Finally, the effectiveness of weight management is influenced by multiple factors such as individual lifestyle habits, genetic factors, metabolic indicators, and gut microbiota. In order to improve the effectiveness of weight management, personalized and precise prediction and intervention should be carried out, but currently, the data on personalized weight management is very limited. In recent years, artificial intelligence technologies led by machine learning, deep learning, and other methods have gradually penetrated into patient management. Intelligent patient management platforms can greatly compensate for the problems existing in the current medical system, such as insufficient out of hospital management, lack of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment, difficulty in doctor-patient interaction, and poor patient compliance, showing broad development prospects. However, the current weight management platform has not achieved the above goals and further exploration is still needed. How to use minimally invasive techniques to reduce surgical damage to the patient's fracture site and shorten the postoperative recovery time when facing complex fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint. Does the postoperative rehabilitation process require better guidance to improve the patient's quality of life. 1. Introduce Professor Jesse Jupiter and his team, guided by their scientific research and technical achievements, and based on the actual situation in our province, to gradually standardize and minimally invasive the treatment of patients with complex fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint in our province, greatly improving the therapeutic effect. 2. When the project is completed, it is planned to publish 1-2 SCI papers, cultivate 3 master's students, and obtain 1-2 patents to comprehensively improve the treatment level of complex fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint in our province. When the project is completed, it is planned to publish 1-2 SCI papers, cultivate 3 master's students, and obtain 1-2 patents to comprehensively improve the treatment level of complex fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint in our province. Complicated fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint are one of the difficulties in clinical treatment, including the Terror Triad of the elbow joint, Mason IV type fracture of the radial head combined with elbow joint dislocation, forward fracture and dislocation through the olecranon of the ulna, backward fracture and dislocation through the olecranon of the ulna, and complex fractures and dislocations around the elbow joint. It includes the Terror Triad of the elbow joint, Mason IV type fracture of the radial head combined with elbow joint dislocation, Fracture dislocation forward through the olecranon of the ulna, fracture dislocation backward through the olecranon of the ulna, unstable posteromedial rotation of the elbow joint, comminuted supracondylar fractures between the condyle of humerus, etc. Once these fractures are not properly treated, patients will leave different degrees of disability, which is mostly seen in the limited extension and supination of the elbow joint. After limited elbow joint movement, it is impossible to place hands in a suitable position to maximize their function, which brings great inconvenience to the patient's life. In modern society, people have put forward higher requirements for elbow joint function when tapping on computers and watching mobile phones. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out minimally invasive treatment for complex elbow joint injuries and formal treatment.
