Project description
Zhongrong Technology Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 (renamed after the joint-stock reform of Tangshan Jidong Solvent Co., Ltd.), with a registered capital of 123.18 million yuan, and is located in Fengrun Economic Development Zone, Hebei. It is a national high-tech enterprise, a listed enterprise in the innovation layer of the New Third Board, a technology innovation demonstration enterprise in the Chinese petroleum and chemical industry, a technology innovation demonstration enterprise in Hebei Province, a leading enterprise in the chemical industry in Hebei Province, a quality and efficiency oriented enterprise in Hebei Province, a small technology giant enterprise in Hebei Province, a "specialized, refined, and innovative" enterprise in Hebei Province, and a trustworthy enterprise in Hebei Province, We have three provincial-level scientific research platforms, including the Hebei Non Grain Ethanol Technology Innovation Center, and a Hebei provincial-level innovation and entrepreneurship team. Chairman Dai Shumei is a leading talent for the Hebei "Giant Plan" entrepreneurship team. The company has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shanghai Zhongrong Technology Co., Ltd. and Tangshan Zhongrong Technology Co., Ltd., mainly engaged in the research, development, production and operation of non grain ethanol and its downstream products. Currently, it is the largest producer of anhydrous ethanol and acetate in North China, with the largest production and sales volume in Hebei Province. As of now, Dr. Fang Yuanxiang, a top expert in the field of cellulosic ethanol technology from Chinese Americans, has been introduced. The research on cellulosic ethanol production technology in China started relatively late, and compared with foreign countries, there is a significant gap in pre-treatment energy consumption, cellulase cost, straw sugar hydrolysis rate, production energy consumption, and comprehensive utilization of biomass. Currently, there is no economically feasible industrial production device, Many key technical difficulties have not been overcome and research and development have been carried out. The main content and completion status of the project are as follows. 1. Research efficient and clean pretreatment technology for agricultural straw, and develop a new type of straw pretreatment system and process. Completion status: The development of a cleaning plan for the pre-treatment of agricultural straw raw materials has been completed, process parameters have been determined, and a pre-treatment pilot plant has been formed. Two patents related to pre-treatment technology have been applied for, and the concentration of hydrolytic enzyme inhibitors has been reduced to less than 10% of the existing steam explosion method concentration after post-treatment. The energy consumption has been reduced to 60% of the traditional gas explosion pre-treatment energy consumption. 2. Research and develop the preparation and compounding technology of low-cost cellulase preparations, and construct high-yield cellulase strains. Completion status: The development of a cellulose composite enzyme preparation technology scheme has been completed, and a cellulose disaccharide enzyme preparation technology has been formed. A high solid enzyme hydrolysis process scheme has been developed, forming a dedicated enzymatic hydrolysis pilot plant. The improvement of cellulose strains and the development of new cellulase preparation technology have been completed. Five related patents have been applied, and the highest cellulase activity has reached over 100 FPU/ml, with a cellulose conversion rate of over 80%. 3. Develop efficient yeast strains and co fermentation technologies for five carbon and six carbon sugars. The selection of yeast engineering strains for producing ethanol using five carbon sugar and six carbon sugar has been completed, and the selection of two strains has been preliminarily completed. The strains have been preserved and two related patents have been applied. The comprehensive cost of straw fuel ethanol per ton has reached 7200 yuan/ton. The cost of using enzymes for one ton of ethanol is already less than 1500 yuan.
