1、 Company Overview: Tiangushi Engineering Technology Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and is an innovative enterprise specializing in engineering construction services in the fields of pharmaceuticals, metallurgy, environmental protection, etc. The company has a Metallurgical Business Unit, Environmental Protection Business Unit, Biopharmaceutical Business Unit, and Automatic Control Business Unit. We have four subsidiaries: Tiangushi Automation, Tiangushi Biotechnology, Tiangushi Clean Technology, and Tiangushi Metallurgy, and have also established a Shanghai branch. In 2019, it achieved a sales revenue of 755 million yuan and a total of 544 employees. It is an excellent national high-tech enterprise and a demonstration enterprise for China's industry university research cooperation and innovation. 2、 The research direction of technical requirements for the proposed project is industrial waste treatment and resource utilization, with core technologies for acid and alkali recovery. Background: Industrial hazardous waste disposal is a very challenging problem, and waste salt is a particularly typical one. Industrial waste salt mainly comes from multiple industries such as pesticides, pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, printing and dyeing. According to statistical data from Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Environmental Science, mixed salt accounts for 80% of the existing waste salt. The cost of salt recycling and utilization is high, and the separation of mixed salt is difficult. The remaining 20% of the single salt contains many impurities and toxic and harmful substances, making it difficult to treat. The expected goal is to adopt the method of recovering corresponding acid and alkali for waste brine and wastewater containing excessive acid and alkali, reduce the formation of salt by neutralization, and use the bipolar membrane method to recover corresponding acid and alkali for the formed salt. We now have the necessary conditions (equipment/personnel/funds). Our company has a Chen Ping laboratory, which can provide research and development sites and basic research and development facilities. We also have a high-level technical research and development team, with sufficient research and development funds.
