3 Holding time
The forum adopts the mechanism of "annual meeting+conference season" and will be held throughout 2023.
Annual Meeting: The core section of the forum's annual main session is mainly composed of the main forum (opening ceremony and plenary session), exhibitions (global technology transfer conference), special events (global innovation youth conference, female scientists summit), special forums, and supporting activities. The 2023 Forum Annual Meeting is planned to be held in the third quarter.
Conference season: There is no limit to the time and location of the event. The proposal will be made by the applicant and confirmed after approval by the forum secretariat.

Planning and bidding
The planning plan for the special forum should clarify the direction of the topic selection, proposed theme, theme interpretation, and venue, reflect the main agenda of the forum, highlight the highlights of the forum planning (including content, form, and output), list the list of speakers to be invited (reflecting internationalization and specialization), as well as the size of the forum, target audience, and other content. Organization and publicity
The successful thematic forum will be included in the overall framework of the 2023 Pujiang Innovation Forum. It should follow the organizational rules and brand norms of the forum, and carry out preparation, publicity, and organizational work under the unified coordination of the forum secretariat; To ensure the integrity and consistency of the overall brand communication of the forum, the forum secretariat provides unified external live streaming services; To facilitate the advancement of organizational work, the forum provides a unified registration portal for reporters and representatives, and the organizer conducts data management, agenda updates, and other work through the online conference system.
Implementation and execution
