On May 30, the "emergency rescue" activity for foreign experts' apartments hosted by the Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Bureau of Foreign Experts), undertaken by Hebei Xingye Human Resources Service Co., Ltd. and co organized by Hebei Huanyin Technology Co., Ltd. was successfully held in Handan University. More than 30 foreign experts from Handan City and Handan University attended the event. The Foreign Experts Management Office of Handan Science and Technology Bureau attended the event and delivered a speech.

With the theme of "disaster risk prevention, escort and high-quality development", this activity carried out the training exercise of "emergency rescue safety defense line, Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, keep in mind". The activity was carried out through emergency rescue knowledge training and simulation exercise. First, it explained the correct process of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, the correct use of AED defibrillator and the correct method of hemostasis dressing. Secondly, he led everyone to train in the whole process of Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, correct operation methods of artificial respiration and wound dressing skills. By enabling foreign experts and apartment management personnel to master the response and disposal methods in case of sudden accidents, they strive to ensure life safety to the greatest extent possible, thereby preventing safety accidents from occurring, and effectively improving the emergency response ability of foreign experts and apartment management personnel to sudden accidental injuries.
