On February 24th, the 2023 "Million Talents Revitalizing Chongqing" series of talent introduction activities were officially launched. Chongqing Daily reporter learned from the event that this year, our city plans to carry out more than 300 online and offline talent introduction activities throughout the year, attracting over 18000 urgently needed talents of various types.

 

Focusing on Key Industries and Making Multiple Efforts to "Attract Talents"

'Millions of Talents Revitalize Chongqing' is the core brand of Chongqing's talent recruitment and talent introduction, and has carried out over a thousand activities since 2017.

It is reported that in 2023, the "Millions of Talents Revitalizing Chongqing" series of talent introduction activities will continue to focus on the talent introduction needs of key industries such as major strategic emerging pillar industries, 33 industrial chains, and green low-carbon, digital economy, soft information ("Mantianxing" plan), and accurately plan and implement special talent introduction activities such as "urban travel", "industry special session", "Internet plus talent introduction", and "Doctor Chongqing Travel Week" to ensure the development of key industries and fields in the city.

Among them, the "City Tour" series of activities will organize units to visit provinces and cities such as Beijing, Sichuan, Hunan, and key areas such as the northwest and northeast to attract talents. On February 26th, the first offline talent introduction event of "Million Talents Revitalizing Chongqing" in 2023 will be held in Changsha, Hunan. It is reported that this activity will set up special talent introduction sessions in Hunan University and Central South University, and organize more than 30 high-quality employers with high demand for talents, such as Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Chongqing Medical University, Jinfeng Laboratory, MCC CCID Group Co., Ltd., to attend the conference. More than 300 talent introduction posts and 2395 talent needs will be released on site, covering many industries and fields, such as Industrial Internet, education and research, and digital economy.

Release the "Unveiling and Recruitment of Talents" List, Market Mechanism, and "Talent Selection"

At the launch ceremony, the latest "unveiling and recruiting talents" list and a directory of key industry special positions were released. In recent years, Chongqing has actively explored the way of "unveiling and recruiting talents", widely distributed "hero posts", and ensured the demand for high-quality talents in our city.

This year, our city further expanded the scope of the "Unveiled Talent Recruitment" list. It is expected that more than 500 "Unveiled Talent Recruitment" positions will be released in batches throughout the year, covering semiconductor, aerospace, medicine and other key industries. In addition, Chongqing has innovatively released key industry special positions for the first time this year. Headhunting agencies, human resources agencies, social organizations, or individuals who successfully assist in introducing a scarce talent for a specific position will receive an incentive of 2000 or 4000 yuan.

Leveraging the role of alumni as a link to create an environment for "talent retention"

Chongqing University Guest Alliance is a community voluntarily initiated by the Chongqing Alumni Association of Chinese universities for industry, academia, and research cooperation and integrated development.
