Successful completion of the first special training session on results oriented education

Hebei News Network (Correspondent Wang Bingxin) On June 16, the first special training of "OBE (results oriented education) teaching concept training" jointly held by Jiying International Education Cooperation Center and Hebei University was successfully held. The goal of this training is to provide OBE teaching concepts and methods for Hebei University to understand and reference, so as to consider the specific measures to effectively improve teaching and achieve the purpose of teaching reform.

Mr. Liao Wenzhi (professor and doctoral supervisor of Ghent University, Belgium, data scientist of Forrester Institute of Technology, Teaching Fellow of British higher education) was invited to serve as the training teacher.

It is understood that Outcomes Based Education (OBE), as an advanced educational concept, has formed a relatively complete theoretical system and implementation model, and has been proven to be the correct direction for higher engineering education reform. The goal of this training session is to provide university management with a systematic understanding of OBE teaching concepts and methods; Discuss how school management can develop training goals and plans, set courses and class hours, and effectively improve teaching activities to achieve the ultimate teaching objectives.
