In the research report, the first set of scientific and universal environmental assessment index system of camp intelligence is constructed. The index system is composed of 6 first-level indicators, 18 second-level indicators and 44 third-level indicators, covering the environmental assessment content of the introduction, cultivation, development, platform, guarantee and other aspects of intelligence, so as to build a world-class camp intelligence environment for Nansha. In recent years, Nansha has been committed to optimizing the environment for talent innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the comprehensive service level of talents, and laying a solid foundation for building a first-class business intelligence environment in the whole region. At present, Nansha gathers about 15,000 high-level and key talents, 9.4 times that of 2016. The number of high-level talents has increased by 101% annually since 2016. In terms of supporting platforms for innovation and entrepreneurship, China has gathered 14 provincial-level research and development institutions, set up four provincial-level high-level innovation research institutes, and set up 352 platforms for scientific and technological innovation. At the meeting, Zhang also introduced the preferential policies of Nansha.
