Inviting university experts and professors to serve as special experts in our city, participating in research on major strategies and important plans. Support universities to establish government industry academia research cooperation centers, industrial technology research centers, or incubation and transformation bases in our city, and carry out scientific and technological innovation, industrial cultivation, and talent exchange activities. Our city provides support in terms of venue, funding, and other aspects.
Promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Support universities to establish technology transfer centers or technology achievement transformation centers in our city. Based on the development needs of our city's "4+4" modern industry, we will leverage the disciplinary advantages of universities and carry out scientific and technological achievement transformation and docking activities with enterprises in our city. Our city provides subsidies and preferential treatment in terms of funds, taxes, and other aspects required for achievement transformation in accordance with regulations.
Jointly build a technology research and development platform. Support colleges and universities to jointly build State Key Laboratory, engineering research centers, technological innovation centers, or jointly establish sub centers and branches with the city's competitive industries, key enterprises, and scientific research institutions. Establish academician workstations in our city based on the resources of university academicians. Our city provides necessary support for the construction of research and development platforms.
Conduct joint research on common and key technologies. Focusing on the development needs of the "4+4" modern industry in our city, both the city and the school jointly undertake major national and provincial science and technology projects, and jointly carry out scientific and technological breakthroughs. Support cooperation between enterprises and universities in product research and development, technical guidance, and industry standard formulation.
Strengthen talent exchange and training. Support universities to establish student internship bases and graduate social practice bases in our city; Adopting various forms such as symposiums, visits and inspections, academic forums, etc., to strengthen the exchange and cooperation of experts and talents between the city and schools; Organize cadres and talents to study and train in universities. Our city receives no less than 500 interns and practical students from universities every year, holds no less than 5 expert talent exchange activities, and holds no less than 10 training courses in universities.
