Attracting high-level talents from other regions such as Beijing and Tianjin or enterprises and institutions gathering high-level talents to establish research and development institutions in our city through good policies and services, encouraging employers in our city to engage in deep cooperation with universities, research institutes, and hospitals in Beijing and Tianjin, and guiding the synchronous transfer of scientific and technological achievements and talents from Beijing and Tianjin to our city. Support our city's enterprises to establish wholly-owned institutions mainly engaged in research and development (design) outside the city, and hire the required talents on site.

02 Talent Introduction Policy
Reward the landing of high-tech achievements. After the flexible introduction of high-level talents with high-tech achievements and achieving significant economic and social benefits in our city, according to the "Reward Measures for the landing of high-tech achievements in Shijiazhuang", high-tech achievement holders will be rewarded.
Support the construction of scientific and technological innovation platforms. Support high-level talents or enterprises and institutions from other regions such as Beijing and Tianjin to establish research and development branches in our city. After recognition, they can enjoy the policy of building our city's science and technology innovation platform. For high-level talents who are introduced flexibly and utilize the resources of Shijiazhuang's large-scale instrument and equipment sharing platform for research and development activities such as testing and testing, a subsidy of 50% of the actual expenditure can be provided.
Encourage the application of major scientific and technological talent projects. For high-level talents introduced flexibly, they are included in the scope of applying for talent green cards and are not limited by age, social security, labor contracts, and other conditions. They can enjoy services such as entry and exit, residence, medical care, cultural tourism, children's education, and free transportation by bus or subway; For those who have signed a contract for more than 3 years, they can stay in government built talent apartments or talent turnover rooms provided by the unit for free.
For leading talents or teams who master international leading technologies, generate major projects, and drive emerging industries, a "one person, one policy, one matter, one discussion" approach can be adopted. After recognition, a maximum project support fund of 100 million yuan can be given.
