On July 21, the pre-departure English training session for the Outstanding Sci-Tech Talents International Exchange Program, which was hosted by Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology (Provincial Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and organized by Hebei Ruituo Information Technology Co., Ltd., was successfully concluded in the city of Shijiazhuang. This English training project aims to provide students engaged in international exchange with professional, all-round language training to improve their expression ability and confidence on international stage.

This event was attended by Ms. Sun Yifang, Deputy Director of Foreign Experts Affairs, Hebei Provincial Department of Science and Technology, Ms. Zhang Qiujie, the person in charge of Hebei Ruituo Information Technology Co., Ltd., and the students of the English training session. The graduation ceremony was conducted in onsite exchange and live streaming.

During the ceremony, Ms. Sun Yifang delivered an effusive speech, praised the students for their efforts and achievements and expressed her beautiful expectation on the upcoming trip of international exchange. Excellent student representatives shared their findings, harvests and pleasure in learning. They said they understand better now the importance of English to international exchange, have improved their English ability while learning a lot of practical exchange skills and have laid a firm foundation for the trip of international exchange.

During the ceremony, Ms. Zhang Qiujie, the person in charge of Hebei Ruituo Information Technology Co., Ltd., delivered a conclusion speech on the training project. She reviewed the entire training session, commended the students on their learning attitude and progress, and said the company will continue to assume a practical attitude, improve training quality and service level and contribute to the development of more outstanding scientific and technological talents.

Then, the leaders from the Provincial Department of Science and Technology presented graduation certificates to the students, affirmed and approved their hard works and learning results.
