Tangshan Workers' Hospital is a comprehensive tertiary Grade A hospital that integrates medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, healthcare, community health services, and health management. It has 2000 beds and currently has 3624 employees, including 596 with associate high or higher professional titles. We have 13 clinical key specialty construction (cultivation) units in Hebei Province, 8 medical key (development) disciplines, and 19 municipal key (development) disciplines. The hospital is a training base for coronary intervention by the National Health Commission, a stroke screening and prevention base by the National Health Commission, a standardized training base for resident physicians, a national cardiac intervention training base, an ACC education base at the American College of Cardiology, a national drug clinical trial institution, a Hebei Institute of Cranial Brain Injury and Burn Research, a demonstration base for introducing intelligence in Hebei Province, and a member unit of the China Israel Hospital Cooperation Alliance. The hospital has successively undertaken sub projects of the 863 Project of the Ministry of Science and Technology, National Natural Science Foundation projects, and provincial and municipal key research and development plan projects. Since 2014, our institute has extensively conducted external exchanges and cooperation, and has been approved for 2 international cooperation projects in Hebei Province and 6 national, provincial, and municipal level talent introduction projects. The research level reached the leading level in China and provincial achievements were obtained. The key technical issues to be addressed include: (1) individualized treatment plans and precise prognosis evaluation for patients based on different molecular pathological types of gliomas; (2) establishment of the key position and application scope, treatment process, and detailed issues in the treatment process of stereotactic therapy for brain metastases. We have published one SCI paper, one core journal of Peking University, and trained three master's students. The key technical issue to be solved (1) Through technical cooperation between China and South Korea, it was found that there are differences in the expression of oncostatin in Asian meningiomas, providing new ideas for future clinical work. (2) A repeatable high-throughput protein detection process and method have been determined. 3、 The main achievements of international scientific and technological cooperation with Duke University Medical Center in the United States. In 2017, Professor Sheng Huaxin's team from Duke University signed a contract with our hospital to collaborate on the "Mechanism Research and Clinical Application of Statins to Improve the Prognosis of Cerebrovascular Diseases (New Pharmacological Effects)" intelligence introduction demonstration base, which has been established since its establishment in Tangshan in 2016,. The project team, led by Professor Cui Jianzhong of neurosurgery, has conducted four academic exchanges, scientific research guidance and other work. I have undertaken 3 scientific research projects at all levels and types. In 2016, I won 1 second prize in the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award for "Research on the Relationship between bEGF Expression and Neural Tissue Apoptosis after Brain Injury", published 4 SCI papers, and trained 4 doctoral and 6 master's students to hold 6 domestic and international conferences and classes. Three doctors from the team went to the United States for further education and study. Expanding the influence of this major nationwide, it has made positive contributions to improving the level of brain protection diagnosis and treatment in our province and talent cultivation. The key technical issues solved include the stability of the "experimental model of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, and subarachnoid hemorrhage in mice", as well as the introduction of small animal ventilators and stereotactic instruments, enabling deeper research on brain protection mechanisms. 4、 In cooperation with neurosurgery of Charlotte University Hospital in Berlin, Germany, the main achievements of international scientific and technological cooperation have taken the lead in carrying out wake-up surgery in this region to remove tumors in brain functional areas, that is, to completely remove brain tumor, while preserving the patient's language and motor function. A variety of complex surgical approaches have been carried out to remove brain stem and skull base tumors and other diseases, making our neurosurgery's treatment of neurotumors reach the domestic advanced level, The introduction of foreign developed country models for multidisciplinary consultation (MDT) in neurotumors has achieved significant results and is at a leading level in the province, and has joined the Hebei Neurotumor Diagnosis and Treatment Alliance. A neurosurgeon has been a visiting scholar at the Charlotte University Hospital in Berlin. The project "Individualized treatment and efficacy observation of glioma under the guidance of molecular pathological examination" won the first prize of the 2018 Hebei Medical Science Award. The key technical issues solved (1) include the process of awakening surgery, anesthesia precautions, and key surgical points. (2) Solved the architecture of multidisciplinary consultation (MDT), problem oriented. (3) Solved various anatomical details and surgical points of surgical approaches.
